Issue with Abandoned Checkout Flow Redirects in Klaviyo

Hello Klaviyo Community, I am currently creating an Abandoned Checkout Flow and used the pre-built flow with the "Checkout Started" trigger. When I preview and test the button on the first customer profile, it redirects me to the checkout page as expected. However, when I check the other profiles (from the 2nd onwards), the button redirects me to the home page of the website instead. Can you please help me understand why this is happening? The checkout button only works correctly for the first profile in the preview, but it fails to work for profiles 2-10.You can try it in the pre-built flow of Klaviyo to see if we are encountering the same issue. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Webhook delays?

Hi allI have a Flow set up for a client which fires off a webhook upon a customer being subscribed to a List. We’ve noticed really inconsistent delays with webhooks sitting in ‘waiting’, even though we don’t have any delays configured.There doesn’t seem to be any clear pattern to this — sometimes the webhook is almost instantaneous, and other times we’ll see a wait of 2-3 minutes before it’s sent. There’s no reason that it’s hitting any sort of rate limits.Are there restrictions or deliberate delays on webhooks that are undocumented?Thanks

API Methods to get all campaigns sent to a particular profile or e-mail domain

Hi,I am new to using the Klaviyo API.  I have had a quick look at the API and really just need a few pointers to help me understand if what I wish to achieve is possible or not, and if it is then roughly how might I set about it.I would like to run a script that will look through all of the campaigns that I have sent and report all of the campaigns that were sent to a specific recipient or better still sent to any recipient at a specified e-mail domain.  It can’t be assumed that any lists or segments have the same definitions that they had when the campaigns were sent, so is there an underlying database that can be accessed that records the “send-to” list of each campaign?Many thanks for any help that can be provided.Ross

Pulling through abandoned items from a cart into a internal alert

Hi! I am hoping the brilliant collective can help. I am creating an abandoned cart flow, and after the last email to the prospect I want to send an internal email to the sales team to let them know that the prospect has gone through the process and has not bought. The internal alert I want the details of the prospect along with the what they have left in their cart. Problem with dynamic product repeats and images

I’ve been building abandoned cart, checkout and browse email flows, following the instructions in:How to Insert a Dynamic Image in an Email (new editor) How to Insert a Dynamic Image in an Event-Based Flow Email (classic editor) How to Build Dynamic Blocks in a Flow Email (new editor) How to Build Dynamic Blocks in a Flow Email (classic editor) How to Build Dynamic Blocks in a Flow Email Repeating a Block Based on Dynamic DataI can get the table to repeat, and bring in the subsequent products. However, if there’s more than one item in the abandoned basket it shows the text of those products twice (i.e. if there were two products in the basket, it shows product 1, product 2, product 1, product 2). Also, for some reason I can only seem to bring in the image from the first product (‘0’) and that then repeats so it shows for the wrong items. I know it’s because the variable is wrong, but I’ve played with iterations of what I think it should be and it doesn’t work. I’ve tried:{{ event.extra

Signup and get Free PDF products with the same Email address

Hi, I’m new here :)I need help with the app. I have an online store offering 5 free PDF products. I want a signup form on each product page so visitors can enter their email and get the PDF via email.The problem is, if a visitor subscribes once and gets a PDF, they can't get another PDF with the same email from a different product page.How can I set it up so visitors can use the same email to get different PDFs from different product pages?

Not receiving preview email to my business email - issue started recently

Hi there! We send preview emails to our email domain and so far this hasn’t been an issue, until this month. If we send it to another domain (including gmail), we receive the email, but not when it’s sent to our own domain.(When we send out the campaign, we do receive that campaign email in our email domain).As far as I can see DMARC etc has been set up correctly.. and hasn’t changed either. We set that up months ago and never had an issue until this month.Is there anything we can check to see why the preview email is not coming in?

Hello, I have different guides that clients can download, and each guide has its own flow. How can I configure the flows so that clients receive the guides they download but that the flows do not start at the same time? If someone signs up for two lists, they can complete one flow first, and the next one starts when the current one is finished.

Flows, email not sending twice

Hello!I am creating a flow where customers can download i pricing list, and based on their option they will recieve a email via the property they choose. And that works fine, the customers get the email. So, if they select one option for pricing, lets say “option 1”, they will get that specified email based on that property. Great! However, if they also want a pricing list for option 2, that email does not send. So if they want a pricing list for option 1 and option 2, they will only recieve one email. I have turned off double opt, and i have also checked out the box that says “skip recently emailed profiles”. I believe the problem is that customers thats already in a list dont receive another email when submitting the form. The segment change when they submit, but no emails are sent.Any help would be great! Have a nice day. Erik

Hello,I am trying to find a solution on this but Klaviyo support and Shopify support are not very helpful and bother are redirecting to the other one…Very simple issue, but so hard to fix.I have a multi-devise store. Spell Check Suggestions for EDM Copywriting (Grammarly Chrome Extension not Working)

I’ve been using the Grammarly google chrome browser extension for spell checking my klaviyo content. As of a few weeks ago, its has stopped working for some reason. I assume it is to do with the editor changes. Just wondering what everyone else is using for spell check when they are working within Klaviyo’s editors/any suggestions to try fixing this? Thanks.

Medical Supply Ecommerce Sites- Measuring Email Conversion

Hello! I am Not new to email marketing, but I am new to the medical supply industry and I am wondering what some of the average email KPI results look for these kinds of businesses. Both of the websites I work on sell single use, disposable medical products. Target audiences are clinicians and medical facilities. I don’t have a lot of historical data on past email campaigns, but I have sent out several campaigns so far and I am seeing zero conversions attributed to the emails. Majority of our revenue comes from organic search. I come from consumer retail industries such as pet supplies and consumer electronics. I am used to seeing emails convert to revenue almost automatically but that is not the case for the emails I have sent out so far. Open rates average about 20%, click rates from opened emails average about 30%. But then no conversions. Anyone on this forum work in the healthcare/medical supplies industry and have any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Help Needed: Setting Up a Dynamic Prelaunch Email Flow

Hi everyone,I'm starting an ecommerce pet business soon. We'll be launching our Coming Soon page soon, and I'm working on setting up a prelaunch email flow. I want to make sure that subscribers who join at different times still get a relevant and engaging experience.Here's what I have so far:Trigger: When someone is added to All Subscribers Welcome & 25% Discount email Wait 3 days: Brand Story email Wait 5 days: Product Education email Wait 7 days: FAQ emailThe issue I'm facing is that this setup is very linear and assumes subscribers join at the beginning of the prelaunch period. If someone joins part way through or with just a week left, they won't receive the emails in a timely manner.I’m wondering what the best way to go about this would be? Campaign with conditional blocks based on points balance?

Hi there! I am looking to create an email campaign that prompts our points program members to use their available rewards. I have rewards redeemable at the 500, 1000 and 2000 points marks. I am using the app Smile.io, and it integrates with Klaviyo so the customers points balances are available as a custom property (the custom property is called Smile Points Balance).Would it be possible to show conditional blocks to these customers based on available points range? I am new to using custom logic within Klaviyo.The set up I was thinking is: Customers with 500 - 999 points see the 500 points reward block onlyCustomers with 1000 - 1999 points see the 1000 points reward block onlyCustomers with 2000 + points see the 2000 points reward block onlyThe issue I am experiencing is that customers with higher balances will meet the requirements for all 3 blocks, but I only want them to see the block for the highest reward they qualify for. I know you can use custom logic to show numeric values as

Flows ignoring the is not in list

Hello I have several flows that are created to entice customers to join our Trade program, within the profile filters of the Trigger I have selected to not send emails to anyone already in our trade program. However, it continue to send out emails to profiles that are in the specified list. Anybody know why? I have attached a screenshot of the filters

What's the best way to set up flows when launching a loyalty program

Currently Live Flow:I currently have a Welcome Flow in place and it is live, it is generally the brand introduction and product introduction with welcome offer included. Desired Outcome:As we are launching our loyalty program, I’d like to take down the welcome offer, meaning I need to adjust all emails in the currently live welcome flow.I also want to introduce this loyalty program to both the new and existing subscribers QuestionsShould I keep the Welcome Flow and Loyalty Program Flow separated? Profile Property Update in Flow Not Rendering

Hi all, I am creating a flow in which I need a profile property update (ex: Create Advocate Criteria as Complete) added to customer profile that when they are a part of the below segment / when they join this segment as shown in the image attached. The flow will continue with an email that is not yet shown.I need this flow to add this custom profile property to retroactively apply to those who are already in the segment and those who are added to the segment in the future.Here is the context:For some reason, when I look at our analytics it says that nobody is waiting/completed.Could somebody adjust this flow so that the profile property update renders correctly? Abandon Cart - Trigger ATC - Price not showing in email (Shopify Integration)

Hi There, Finally getting around to adding the abandon cart flow using the add to cart trigger. Trigger is working & pulling the info but the product price isnt appearing in the email, I was wondering if there is new code that needs to be used? Im using the klaviyo template for testing. Gmail Clipped-but size is only 43kb

Hi Everyone,I'm experiencing an issue where all my emails are getting clipped in Gmail. I've checked and downloaded the emails, and they're only 43KB. I can see the entire message, but it still shows as clipped. Any ideas on how to fix this?

How do I add in the recipients name (shipping name) rather than the sender? e.g Hello, a year ago you sent XXXXX a gift. Removing Specific Product from Abandoned Cart Flow

Hey fam, I have a shipping protection upsell that I use for a shopify store. I have noticed that the email flows have been including this as a product and reminding people to come back and buy it from their cart + the product they had in mind.Is there any way to prevent this from happening? or exclude the protection from this flows?Thank you in advance, Sebas.

The logic filter email partial flow

Hi there, I'm concerning about the to do partial fullfill logic to send the email properly to customer, the logic like that:If I want filter to see if the order has been partially fulfilled before, to adjust the email message accordingly.On the contrary, with the partial order fulfilled event, I want to filter to see if the order is partially fulfilled, is it the final tracking, or is there still other tracking yet to be fulfilled to adjust the message accordingly?Can someone suggest me the filter condition to do this, thanks so much

Events for internal alerts in flow

Hi there,I’d like to set up a flow that functions like an abandoned cart flow, but instead of emailing the customer it creates an internal alert that emails members of the team so that we can reach out personally to these potential donors. The issue I’m having at the moment is the way I’ve set it up it sends an internal alert, but I’m assuming by default these email alerts won’t have any information other than letting us know a user has an incomplete donation.I’ve set up a flow that adds a profile property to users who begin donating to us but then don’t complete payment, is there a way I can use event tags or some other method so that the email contains the details of the user who triggered the flow? Edit: Added how the flow is currently looking to (hopefully) clarify.
