I would like to know if it is possible to add a webhook to so my web app can be notified when a new profile is added or updated?  Seems like the most basic thing but has been missing for years.  Has this finally been added in the newer API?

I’ve been in touch with them and a bunch of webhooks are coming it seems. 

We recently switched from Mailchimp and this is the missing feature for our app.
