Is there any need to keep active profiles?

Hi @chan,No problem! One thing you could do is build out a webhook back into Klaviyo inside of a flow to suppress customers. My recommendation would be to put some conditions in place (ie. some people might end up in your database and opt-in to marketing not too long after). @Lvst one reason for this could be that you have the targeting settings setup to not show this to existing Klaviyo accounts. You can access this by opening the form → edit form → Targeting & behavior → targeting:If this is set up, try opening the page in incognito/private in your browser and it should show!Hope that helps.ThanksDavid

Is there any need to keep active profiles?

Hi @chan,My 2 cents here - if they have not opted in to marketing I would suppress them but not delete them. This means you are not getting billed for them but you are still able to use them for segmentation and data analysis. It will also ensure that if they do opt in to marketing you have their full history.I would setup a sunset flow for customers that have opted in but aren’t engaging with your content - I just answered another post on this yesterday with some thoughts:Hope that helps! How do I migrate to the new Public API key?

HI @stellapuivoon,The actual credentials remain active - so if the developer of the integration upgrades to using the new APIs it will continue working.My recommendation would be to contact the developer if you still require the functionality of the application.Hope that helps!ThanksDavid

Hi @Swozza,Welcome to the Klaviyo community!That is absolutely possible. What you are describing here sounds like what Klaviyo calls a Sunset Flow, and there are 2 great pre-built flows that you can base your own flow on. My personal favourite is the Customer vs. Non-customer:Overview of this template:The only part remaining here is to manually suppress customers that have profile property “unengaged” set to true. You can create a segment for this and manually suppress these profiles on a monthly basis.You can also set this as an exclusion on your campaign segment to keep your open rates high on the campaigns you are sending out.I hope that helps - let me know if you have any questions!ThanksDavid

large number of skipped emails

Hi @kyoka,Welcome to the Klaviyo Community!You do have quite a high number of skipped profiles here - but this could simply be because the customer has since hit the profile filter (ie. they actually placed an order since starting the flow - hence not needing an abandon cart email). If you click on the actual email itself, you can click “View Details” next to performance:Then at the top click on “Recipient activity” and click Skipped on the left hand side. When you click at the top on “Skipped: XXXXX” it will show the actual reasons why the email didn’t go out: That should give you more insight into why the email itself skipped.On another note - I would recommend sending the first Abandon Cart email earlier on - I typically use 1h as the time filter as it’s best to strike the iron when it’s hot.I hope that helps!ThanksDavid

First purchase anniversary flow not working

Whoops @Anita.UnalomeDesign - because you didn’t tag me I didn’t get notified of your screenshot so apologies for the delay in coming back.That trigger should have a condition that you only apply this if this is their first order - otherwise it will update the date each time a customer places an order.Because of the way the flow is set up, the first “Purchase Anniversary” reminder won’t go out until 12 months after the flow is created. You could manually backfill previous dates, but that’s why they’re all showing as pending. Hope that helps!ThanksDavid

How to remove write a review button?

Hi @Karlis,One thing to add to the answer from @Brian Turcotte above, 1,2 & 3 star reviews are automatically put in a queue for you to approve or decline. This article has more information about this.I also recommend reading this article as it explains some of the best practices around moderating reviews. If the review is obviously fake though this you can decline the publishing of the review.Generally I would recommend leaving the “Write a review” button here in case someone has received the product in a different way than purchasing directly (for example, as a gift) as it will support you in getting as many reviews in as possible. Generally customers actually look at the total number of reviews and any trends (ie. if one person says the product isn’t good and 99 say it’s great, who do you believe?).I hope that helps!ThanksDavid

How do I clear all Flow Filters so it displays every flow?

Hi @Usman_abdullah71,Welcome to the Klaviyo community. My recommendation in this case would be to have different Klaviyo accounts for the Canadian store and one for the international customers. This would allow you to have targeted sign up forms and all pricing will feed in correctly from each of the accounts. Hi @jesseb,No worries - oh no the absolute worse when you get through a long reply and it’s gone!!!Let me come back to you on a few pieces:Currently, we are not using any gym software with check in system, but I would like a way to note and target profiles based on if they have or have not taken a trial class. This may have to be a manual process to update profiles.That makes sense! You could actually create a simple Jotform for this as well - just have the front desk fill out the email address of the customer using their trial membership/class and you could use this as a trigger as well to email out the “How did your first class go?” email. You can create a Klaviyo event (Attended first trial class) by using this zap in Zapier. All signups (regardless of referral channel) should enter the same welcome series that would look something like this:email 1 - welcome to the community email 2 - class descriptions and schedule email 3 - member benefits and pricing email 4 - bring a friend pro

Linking a CTA to automatically log a customer into their Shopify account

Also adding onto @retention’s answer above - if you use the New Shopify Accounts (note - you can’t customise this much past branding) the my account area URL will change, but this will also include a cookie with a 1 year expiration date.Login happens with a 6 digit code sent to the email address of the customer. All the info about this on the Shopify help centre here!

@jesseb PS: Just thinking more about your prospective members. If you updated a value on their profile to say whether or not they have attended their trial class (this could be an easy form for the reception team to complete, or could even be done via integration of your gym software) you could add that in too as a flow filter or conditional split.You could even push these customers that have attended a trial class but haven’t signed up into a new nurturing flow to market them the benefits of signing up to become a full member, and ask for a review about the trial class they’ve done. The strategies from here are endless - but thought I would add some additional thoughts 😄ThanksDavid

Hi @jesseb,Thank you for your question. Firstly - I’m a huge group fitness fan (Les Mills here in New Zealand), great to see some gym use cases here! My recommendation here would be this:Create individual sign up forms - you can either embed them directly into the URL (www.mygym.com/instagram-signup) or use UTM parameters to target the specific customer (https://www.mygym.com?utm_source=instagram&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=signup_promo). Screenshot below sits in the “targeting & behaviour” settings of the Klaviyo Form Builder: In the form you can submit a hidden profile property (ie. it’s not shown to the customer) with the referral. The other option is to use the “Initial source” field. Example of hidden profile property: Inside the Welcome Flow you can add conditions so that you can target your content depending on the sign up source: I would highly recommend having only a single list (benefits here), and basing the start of the flow either on entering that list.
