Intergration with Shift4

I am trying to switch from using shopify to shift4, however, my sign up forms and emails are not being triggered. What do I need to do to get it to work? I have already integrated Shift4 with klaviyo.  I have also disabled my shopify integration.

hi, I have a problem, the newsletter banner doesn't appear on my Shopify site. I have inserted and integrated both on klaviyo and on shopify. why is it giving me this problem?

Facebook pixel data mismatch

Hi, I have my Klaviyo set up with Shopify for abandoned carts. When I check the data on Facebook meta pixel, I am having numerous abandoned carts a day but this information is not syncing to Klaviyo - is it because these people who are abandoning carts are not signed up to my email marketing?

Hi, Unfortunately we changed our working free account into Test Account (was a misunderstanding)As far as we can see now, it's not possible to change it back…? Can anyone help us out?

Lead Gen/Meta Connection

Hi all,I’m trying to connect leads from Meta through to Klaviyo and feel like I’m going round in circles! I’ve completed the integration and connected up Facebook Advertising, I’ve also added the correct ad account under ‘Custom Audience Settings’ however when I get to ‘Lead Ad Settings’ and connecting the relevant Facebook page I can only see one page (which isn’t the correct one).I have all of the correct lead permissions and I’m admin across all pages in Meta Business Suite/Manager, however can only see the main page within Klaviyo and wondering what I am doing wrong, can anyone help please? 😬Thank you in advance!

Deleted review still showing in app

After installing the Klaviyo Reviews app, I tested it by submitting a review from my website. I was then unable to delete the review on the backend and contacted support. They assured me they would remove/delete it. The review is gone from my Klaviyo dashboard but it still shows on my product page. I have no way to remove it and no other way to contact support now that the initial support period is closed. My preference form is not collecting data properly

Hello all, I’m encountering a small issue with my preferences form on Klaviyo and I was wondering if anyone had come across it before. Essentially, I have created a preference form to collect my clients’ preference in book genre, in order to send emails related to those preferences to specific segment. I have even created the segment so that one a client fills the preference form, they are automatically sent into the correct segment. I have two sign-up forms that lead to this choice of preferences : my pop-up form and my classic sign-up page. My pop-up is working flawlessly, and distributing the clients into each segment properly. The sign-up page however, has an issue : instead of letting clients choose several picks between the choices, it only takes into account the last box they check. Where to put script so form triggers when you click an image?

Hi All,Am hoping somebody can point me in the right direction.  Am trying to have people signup for a product launch by clicking the main image on the home page banner. I have created the form. But am not sure where to put the javascript code that connects the form to the click on the image. Make.com Klaviyo Filter not working [400] Invalid filter provided.

I feel like I've tried everything. I'm now to No Code and I'm struggling to get my filter to work. My scenario is created to pull information from memberstack to Webflow and then Klaviyo whenever their profile is updated. I’m using the search list moduleI have tried ?filter=contains(email,{{dynamic email}}) and have also tried ?filter=equals(email,"dynamic email"). I have also tried without the “” I still get the [400] Invalid filter provided. What am I doing wrong? or is there a better way of doing this?

Facebook Lead Ad

Since we aren't able to subscribe lead ads to both email and sms via the facebook/meta integration, how can I get the lead ad submissions into both our SMS and Email lists? Is my best option to turn off double opt in for email, and subscribe the lead ad submissions to SMS so they get the opt in text?

Coupon Code API Questions

Hi there! I have two questions:Is there any way to get the Shopify price rule object associated with a coupon object on Klaviyo? Essentially, I want to get the metadata of the coupon (i.e., the % off, when it expires, etc.) but I can’t find this info on the API. Also, I noticed that whenever I create or retrieve a coupon code associated with a coupon object (with status ‘UNASSIGNED’ or ‘ASSIGNED_TO_PROFILE’), the code does not appear to be ‘active’ in the sense that if I open up a new window, click ‘checkout’ and try to apply the code, Shopify says invalid code. Any clues on how I can get a valid code to apply? I have tried both the `unique_code` and `id` fields of the Coupon Code object, but neither seems to work.

Getting 400 error for events a missing required parameter even though it's in the payload

I am trying to hit the /events/ API from a make.com automation to create a custom metric for when someone completes a form in another tool. However I keep getting 400 error like:“The operation failed with an error. [400] 'profile' is a required field for the resource 'event'.” It should be there, as I just copied an example payload from the API resource document (see below). I have tried different variations and get similar error. Reviews aren't showing as Verified

We’ve used the flow to request product reviews from customers after they purchased but they are not showing up as verified purchases when the review is published in Shopify or in the CSV. Does anyone know what I can do to check for user error on my part, and hopefully resolve the issue for future ratings and reviews? Thank you!

Stripe subscriptions to create dynamic segment

Hi there,We have created a form in Jotform that is integrated with our Stripe. The payments are pulling through to Klaviyo as ‘issued invoice’, ‘successfully paid’ and the customer is a paying subscriber.How do we tag this customer as a subscriber that can move in and out of our active customer segment?We are using Zapier to send events between Jotform/Klaviyo and can also use for Stripe but I can’t seem to find the answer online.Thanks

How to add JudgeMe's review widget path to a dynamic URL

Hello, everyone.I believe my issue is simple to solve, but I don’t know how to do it yet.I’m creating a Review Collection flow for a Shopify store, and they use JudgeMe to collect reviews.For this flow, I used the “Fulfilled Order” trigger (not sure if it’s the ideal one), but I don’t know:1) What’s the trigger’s code that outputs the dynamic URL of the product the person ordered - Is it just the {{ event.URL }} code for that trigger?2) How to add “#judgeme” to the end of that dynamic URL - For it to open the product page already at the review widget, automaticallyCould someone help me?Thanks!

Abandoned Cart Flow - Link leading to wrong language version of the website

Hi,I have a question regarding abandoned cart flow.We have a Shopify e-commerce store and are using the flow in Klaviyo with the {{ event.extra.checkout_url}} function that leads customers to their abandoned carts. Our store default language is Norwegian, but we also have the English version of the website active (but only 1 market active - Norway). When customers click on the abandoned cart button to take them back to the website, they are automatically taken to the English version of checkout and not to the default Norwegian one.Any idea why this might be happening and how we could fix this?Thanks!Milan

Klaviyo embed forms are being injected twice

The forms are being added twice within the div with the klaviyo id. We have confirmed that the klaviyo js script only loads once on the site and that the div with the klaviyo form id does not get duplicated. The beheviour we are seeing is that the form body gets injected into the div embedded twice. It happens for every form on the site.

403 Permission denied - Profile Bulk

API & Signup forms

Hello, one of our clients has a lead form and it works great. We even have a flow of emails setup after if they still havent purchased. This issue is that this is integrated and setup through wordpress. I want to simplify the process and have more control over who receives the second/third reminder email. We already have the Klaivyo account setup and running, but could we add an API key to the original lead forms on the site and control the emails from there. While also making sure the client can recieve an email when a lead form has been filled out?

Fetching All Recipients of a Campaign Using the V2 Endpoints

Hello, In the Klaviyo V1 api we could fetch all the recipients for a given campaign using the following api: GET/api/v1/campaign/{campaign_id}/recipientsThere does not seem to be an equivalent in the v2 endpoints. Looking at the comparison chart here: https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/apis_comparison_chartIt suggests to use the following:GET/api/campaigns/GET/api/segments/{segment_id}/profiles/GET/api/lists/{list_id}/profiles/This doesn’t seem to allow us to recreate the same behavior as we could in V1. The campaigns endpoint returns a list of all campaigns. The segment endpoint gives you a list of all the profiles in a segment. And the list endpoint gives you all the profiles in a list.  A campaign isn’t necessarily associated with a list or segment as far as I can tell, and even so, just because a profile is an active member of a segment or a list, doesn’t mean that they received the email/sms from a campaign and it does not tell us the status.Am I misunderstanding the hierarchy

Double opt-in confirmation email isn't sending for new emails added via API

When adding users to a list with double opt-in enabled, the confirmation emails don’t appear to get sent. This may be because of testing and my IP, but the issue is happening for several other people, so I believe there is another reason.Adding a new user goes:Create/update profile endpoint so we can also add custom fields Then the profile-subscription-bulk-create-jobs endpoint for consent I have now tested with 2 different valid emails and have not received and email and they have not been added to the list. I already checked spam, trash and promotion folders. The mailboxes aren’t full and there aren’t any blocks on the klaviyo domain. Is there a problem with the way we are subscribing emails? Or do we need to add a custom domain?
