Getting 400 error for events a missing required parameter even though it's in the payload

I am trying to hit the /events/ API from a make.com automation to create a custom metric for when someone completes a form in another tool. However I keep getting 400 error like:“The operation failed with an error. [400] 'profile' is a required field for the resource 'event'.” It should be there, as I just copied an example payload from the API resource document (see below). I have tried different variations and get similar error. Custom Webflow Form - Add user to list with option to opt-in to marketing

I was following this guide on sending Webflow form data to Klaviyo via its API. It's great, it works.However, I realized my use-case is stlightly different. I don't want my form to always sign them up for a newsletter, I want to add them to a list, and give them the option to join the newsletter with a checkbox.Has anyone tried this before? I'm hoping to avoid having to iframe in a klaviyo sign-up page.

Signup form custom trigger isn't working

How to fix emails going to spam without purchasing branded domain?

I believe my emails are going to spam folders because my sender domain is just an “outlook.com” domain. It’s like this because I haven’t set up a branded domain as of yet as I do not want to do that immediately. Is there a solution to ensure my emails don’t go to spam folders without purchasing a branded domain address?

How to change Logo for OAuth 2.0 ?

Hey Klaviyo Community and Team,I have created an OAuth client in www.klaviyo/com/oauth/client and generated a Client ID and Client Secret and used the same to connect to Klaviyo from my app. But whenever I do so, I am getting the default OAuth 2 logo in the Authorization page and I couldn’t find where I can change this logo to my customized logo. Can anyone help ?The Image Logo here​​

Reviews aren't showing as Verified

We’ve used the flow to request product reviews from customers after they purchased but they are not showing up as verified purchases when the review is published in Shopify or in the CSV. Does anyone know what I can do to check for user error on my part, and hopefully resolve the issue for future ratings and reviews? Thank you!

Stripe subscriptions to create dynamic segment

Hi there,We have created a form in Jotform that is integrated with our Stripe. The payments are pulling through to Klaviyo as ‘issued invoice’, ‘successfully paid’ and the customer is a paying subscriber.How do we tag this customer as a subscriber that can move in and out of our active customer segment?We are using Zapier to send events between Jotform/Klaviyo and can also use for Stripe but I can’t seem to find the answer online.Thanks

How to add JudgeMe's review widget path to a dynamic URL

Hello, everyone.I believe my issue is simple to solve, but I don’t know how to do it yet.I’m creating a Review Collection flow for a Shopify store, and they use JudgeMe to collect reviews.For this flow, I used the “Fulfilled Order” trigger (not sure if it’s the ideal one), but I don’t know:1) What’s the trigger’s code that outputs the dynamic URL of the product the person ordered - Is it just the {{ event.URL }} code for that trigger?2) How to add “#judgeme” to the end of that dynamic URL - For it to open the product page already at the review widget, automaticallyCould someone help me?Thanks!

Abandoned Cart Flow - Link leading to wrong language version of the website

Hi,I have a question regarding abandoned cart flow.We have a Shopify e-commerce store and are using the flow in Klaviyo with the {{ event.extra.checkout_url}} function that leads customers to their abandoned carts. Our store default language is Norwegian, but we also have the English version of the website active (but only 1 market active - Norway). When customers click on the abandoned cart button to take them back to the website, they are automatically taken to the English version of checkout and not to the default Norwegian one.Any idea why this might be happening and how we could fix this?Thanks!Milan

Klaviyo embed forms are being injected twice

The forms are being added twice within the div with the klaviyo id. We have confirmed that the klaviyo js script only loads once on the site and that the div with the klaviyo form id does not get duplicated. The beheviour we are seeing is that the form body gets injected into the div embedded twice. It happens for every form on the site.

'Add to Cart' Trigger - button has both ID and class?

I’ve gone through the tutorial, tried the original and both snippers 2 and 3 using the button ID and Class but neither are tracking Add to Carts. My button has both ID and Class. When I click the button Chrome highlights the Class code so I assumed it was that at first.Do I need to have Snipper 1+snipper 2 or 3? Which should I use? I’ve tried all combinations.Thanks!

How to create a custom email template in Flow

1. We've been successfully using Flow to send emails through the Evanets API, which has been functioning smoothly. However, I've encountered an issue regarding the transmission of HTML content within the email body.Specifically, I'm attempting to send a property data value as HTML and utilize it within a variable in our email template. While the HTML content is indeed sent along with the property variable, it's appearing in the email template with HTML tags visible instead of rendering as intended.Could you kindly advise if there's a workaround or a specific method to ensure that HTML content sent via the event property data variable behaves as HTML within the email template?I've attached images below for further clarification.2. How to test replenishment flow dynamic discount code?

Is there a way to test out a post purchase discount dynamic discount code without purchasing? I want to make sure that my replenishment flow is working correctly but it does not trigger until after 20 days after placing an order. The discount also expires after 24 hours. I see Klaviyo suggest the following steps:Test your flow email's couponBefore you send our the flow and coupon to your audience, we suggest testing it first.Test a coupon with a variable expiration date (e.g., 7 days)In the flow builder, click Review and turn on. Change the status to Manual. Click Turn on.  Trigger your flow by performing the trigger action (e.g., filling out a sing-up form to join a certain list). Your flow will automatically generate 100 coupons upon you triggering the flow.

Hello, one of our clients has a lead form and it works great. We even have a flow of emails setup after if they still havent purchased. This issue is that this is integrated and setup through wordpress. I want to simplify the process and have more control over who receives the second/third reminder email. We already have the Klaivyo account setup and running, but could we add an API key to the original lead forms on the site and control the emails from there. While also making sure the client can recieve an email when a lead form has been filled out?

How to send reviews to older purchasers?

Hi,I’ve been using Klaviyo for my emails since December, now I would like to try Reviews, but the default setting allows me to send review requests only to people who have purchased in the last 30 days, and I can’t seem to find an option where we can send review requests to all our customers that have bought our products since December?The only option I see is to change when the follow-up is sent.

Prevent Klaviyo generating hundreds of dynamic discount codes in Shopify

Hi, I’m hoping someone can assist.  I have a Klaviyo Newsletter Signup form on my website that triggers a Klaviyo welcome flow. The form generates a dynamic coupon code for a customers first order which is then sent to them in their first email. My issue is that Klaviyo is setting up 600 coupon codes in my Shopify every day, despite my store only being new and having a couple of signups and coupons sent out daily. At this rate, I am going to use up my shopify discount limit very quickly. How can I prevent Klaviyo generating any further codes until the existing ones have been used, or not generating so many? I’m assuming it’s because they have a 30 day usage period so new codes need to be generated each day with a new expiry date one day later than those produced the day before, but I don’t need anywhere near 600 producing daily at this stage. Thanks!

Content behind an email wall (sign up forms)

Hi, we have an outlet within our Shopify store and I want to capture emails before users enter the outlet by triggering a pop up that acts like a wall - so user has to enter email details before entry. I have followed the very helpful step by step process to create a custom trigger (sign up form) and pasted the code onto the relevant Shopify page but the form is not showing up. Fetching All Recipients of a Campaign Using the V2 Endpoints

Hello, In the Klaviyo V1 api we could fetch all the recipients for a given campaign using the following api: GET/api/v1/campaign/{campaign_id}/recipientsThere does not seem to be an equivalent in the v2 endpoints. Looking at the comparison chart here: https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/apis_comparison_chartIt suggests to use the following:GET/api/campaigns/GET/api/segments/{segment_id}/profiles/GET/api/lists/{list_id}/profiles/This doesn’t seem to allow us to recreate the same behavior as we could in V1. The campaigns endpoint returns a list of all campaigns. The segment endpoint gives you a list of all the profiles in a segment. And the list endpoint gives you all the profiles in a list.  A campaign isn’t necessarily associated with a list or segment as far as I can tell, and even so, just because a profile is an active member of a segment or a list, doesn’t mean that they received the email/sms from a campaign and it does not tell us the status.Am I misunderstanding the hierarchy
