Default sender email is suddenly showing up wrong - no changes to account

Suddenly today, even with no changes made on our end, the default name we want to appear when we send emails to our customers is showing up as “Hello com” and not our business name. We have checked the settings and nothing was changed and appears correct on our end. But in inboxes, our emails now come from this Hello com address. No solution found when searching. Is this a glitch or issue Klaviyo is fixing? Or did we do something wrong (without touching anything)?

Form submitted by profile query.....

I really am driving myself round the bend with this - please stay with me!I have a shopify platform linked to my klaviyo. I have two newsletter links, one klaviyo direct that pops up, and the other a shopify static linked back to Klaviyo at the bottom of my website page. I am having sign ups daily to the klaviyo pop up, my stores are integrated but these people are still showing as ‘unsubscribed.’ On their activity feed it says ‘form submitted by profile’ does this mean they have actively completed the marketing form? I can only assume these are the people that ‘signed up’ by going to the metrics tab and looking at the ‘form submitted’ metrics but then it says unsubscribed. Am I looking in the wrong place? Either way there is a misalignment as my master list is not populating by the amount of sign ups Klaviyo is saying I am receiving a day…. Any advice? :(

woocommerce newsletter form embed

Hi I have WP form setup on our websites newsletter signup. Happy to replace this with Klaviyo code, however when I go to create an email embed I am  unable to delete the block “No, thanks” even though it isnt needed as this isnt a popup and will be scrolled past and ignored if no interest.I am also unsure of how I can set this up so that styling and layout is picked up from current site.In essence all I want is the form and function from Klaviyo minus styling. Thanks

A Sudden Decrease in Open Rates

Hi! Our team is investigating a recent trend in our email marketing. We’ve observed a decrease in our open rates over the past few months. Previously, our open rates consistently ranged between 45% to 50+%. Currently, they sit around 30% to 35% (a decrease of about 13%).Note that:We haven’t made any major changes to our email design or layout. Our subject lines are similar to what’s always worked for us. Click-through rates remain comparable to previous campaigns.We’ve also observed a shift in engagement because clicks on our social media buttons within the emails have increased. Clicks on these buttons were usually minimal to none, but now we’re seeing an average increase of 10-15 clicks per social media platform.We’re wondering if this decline could be related to the recent changes we made to comply with Google and Yahoo’s requirements. Would like to add in recipients name

Hello,We send out a lot of gifts on behalf of people and I am setting up a reminder flow to send out to senders. How do I add in the recipients name (shipping name) rather than the sender? e.g Hello, a year ago you sent XXXXX a gift. Would you like to send XXXXX a gift this year?I have tried a few different codes and none seem to workThank you

Content behind an email wall (sign up forms)

Hi, we have an outlet within our Shopify store and I want to capture emails before users enter the outlet by triggering a pop up that acts like a wall - so user has to enter email details before entry. I have followed the very helpful step by step process to create a custom trigger (sign up form) and pasted the code onto the relevant Shopify page but the form is not showing up. Price information, "added to cart" event - BigCommerce

Is there any way to retrieve this data if it’s not displayed in the preview/triggering event properties? I have the added to cart snippet installed, but I’ve noticed there is no pricing info sent through. I’d like to add it to a cart recovery email. Thanks!

Deleted review still showing in app

After installing the Klaviyo Reviews app, I tested it by submitting a review from my website. I was then unable to delete the review on the backend and contacted support. They assured me they would remove/delete it. The review is gone from my Klaviyo dashboard but it still shows on my product page. I have no way to remove it and no other way to contact support now that the initial support period is closed. Stripe subscriptions to create dynamic segment

Hi there,We have created a form in Jotform that is integrated with our Stripe. The payments are pulling through to Klaviyo as ‘issued invoice’, ‘successfully paid’ and the customer is a paying subscriber.How do we tag this customer as a subscriber that can move in and out of our active customer segment?We are using Zapier to send events between Jotform/Klaviyo and can also use for Stripe but I can’t seem to find the answer online.Thanks

trigger and conditional split

hi,I am trying to set up a replenishment flow based on a custom property ‘weight’. I collect customer input with a sign up form on this property where customer can fill in the values weight_1, weight_2 or weight_3. I am using this data in a conditional split.I am struggling with the time delay of 3 different replenishment emails:Send customer with weight equals weight_1 a replenishment email 60 days after he/she placed an order Send customer with weight equals weight_2 a replenishment email 30 days after he/she placed an order Send customer with weight equals weight_3 a replenishment email 20 days after he/she placed an orderCould you please help me out? Cheers

Two codes not being sent when customer buys two of the same item

Hi everyone, I am very new to this and my jargon isn’t great.  Apologies if I don’t explain this well.  We just launched our Perfume brand and our website (Shopify store) went live last week. Through Klayvio I set up a unique code to be sent to customers who buy our sample pack.  It was set up as a flow with an email that contains a unique code that is sent to the customer when they buy the Sample pack.   It works but we didn’t anticipate that people would buy two sample packs.  What’s happening is they are being sent one email with one coupon code and it should be two separate codes.  Is there a fix around this for the future?  For my current customers, do I just send a manual second code?

My flow is not working and emails are getting “Skipped”. They are not “Permanent” so it should start sending emails to other group.

Octane AI + Klaviyo: Creating Segments from Quiz Answers

Hi,I have been following numerous how-to’s on both Klaviyo and Octane about how to create a segment based on answers given on an Octane quiz. Klaviyo and Octane are both connected and I have entered the correct properties. For some reason, only a very small portion of emails are being added to the segment but when I download a .CSV file for profiles that fit this property, I can see there are a lot more people who match this property.What might I not be doing correctly to make sure everyone with this property is added to my segment. I have attached screenshots.

User consent through custom HTML form

Hi, I am writing my own email form and want to have a checkbox for user consent. If the box is unchecked, the profile should be added but not subscribed.Right now, the form works but the checkbox is ignored, so every profile gets subscribed. I have set my list to be single opt-in. Double opt-in confirmation email isn't sending for new emails added via API

When adding users to a list with double opt-in enabled, the confirmation emails don’t appear to get sent. This may be because of testing and my IP, but the issue is happening for several other people, so I believe there is another reason.Adding a new user goes:Create/update profile endpoint so we can also add custom fields Then the profile-subscription-bulk-create-jobs endpoint for consent I have now tested with 2 different valid emails and have not received and email and they have not been added to the list. I already checked spam, trash and promotion folders. The mailboxes aren’t full and there aren’t any blocks on the klaviyo domain. Is there a problem with the way we are subscribing emails? Or do we need to add a custom domain?

Reviews aren't showing as Verified

We’ve used the flow to request product reviews from customers after they purchased but they are not showing up as verified purchases when the review is published in Shopify or in the CSV. Does anyone know what I can do to check for user error on my part, and hopefully resolve the issue for future ratings and reviews? Thank you!

Klaviyo embed forms are being injected twice

The forms are being added twice within the div with the klaviyo id. We have confirmed that the klaviyo js script only loads once on the site and that the div with the klaviyo form id does not get duplicated. The beheviour we are seeing is that the form body gets injected into the div embedded twice. It happens for every form on the site.
