My account was hacked and used to send thousands of emails for which I was billed. I an unable to access support because the account was disabled.

Thanks for sharing your question with the Community, I’m so so sorry you’re in this situation!
Even if your account is disabled , you are still able to reach out to our support team to talk about the situation and get this fixed! I would navigate here and choose the ‘Billing Dispute’ option dropdown > Other to get in contact with the team and share what has happened.

Thank you Taylor. Because my (paid) account is disabled it says my access to email support (any support) is not available. However, I was able to send a request through the link you provided so thank you. In case these forums are monitored I will add to my comments that it seems like when a customer would need the MOST access to support is when the account has been hacked and disabled! Just sayin’. Thanks again for your comment and suggestion.
