Klaviyo's Live Chat feature is closed on Friday, October 8th for maintenance, and it will also be closed on Monday, October 11th in observance of Indigenous People’s Day. We will resume regular operating hours on Tuesday, October 12th (9am – 5pm ET).

If you do, please provide screenshots and the URL(s) to the Klaviyo element that you are having trouble with. You can simply copy the URL when viewing the Campaign / Flow / Template in Klaviyo, then paste the URL into your response to this email message.
