I paid for a subscription and it’s still showing my account is disabled. Live chat wasn’t able to help me. I need my account enabled and credit for the lost time. Thank you

It’s says the same thing for me like sms is not available due to prohibited content when all I sale is shampoo conditioners and pomades. Everything for Haircare only why is this

I was able to investigate the ticket you as opened with our Support team and found the reason that your account was temporarily disabled. The reason being you cannot use a Klaviyo SMS plan to sell firearms. Unfortunately, we are not able to allow that on our platform, as firearms are included in Prohibited Content for SMS and MMS in the US, which you can see in this guide to prohibited content.
However, I can see that your account has been re-enabled for email sending. While we would be able to serve your business for email sending, we are not able to authorize you for SMS sending due to those restrictions!
