Email changes its formatting when shared with someone else

Hello @Mailbox Manny ,

I have created email in klaviyo using the drag and drop builder. The email looks perfect when shared the preview from klaviyo, but I forward the same email to someone else, it looses all of its formatting. I am not sure any such thing should happen.

Can you help with that issue? Also, can you let me know why does that happen?
