Has anyone tested the new Canva → Klaviyo email template export?I mean the workflow where a full Canva email is pushed into Klaviyo as an HTML template — not using HTML blocks inside Klaviyo.Does this type of Canva-generated HTML affect deliverability compared with building the email directly in Klaviyo’s drag-and-drop editor? Any issues with spam placement, Gmail clipping, image-heavy layout, or rendering?

Hi everyone! We’re a small family-owned brand with both a retail and a wholesale side, and I’m trying to decide if we should split them into separate Klaviyo accounts or keep everything in one and segment. Right now we run separate flows for each (retail flows based on purchase frequency, plus wholesale flows for buyers who have and haven’t purchased). If you’ve been through this, what made you choose your setup, and is there anything you’d do differently? I’d also love to know how the decision works with your website’s ecommerce integration. We’re on BigCommerce (one store), so I’m curious how it handles one account versus two.

Hi team!I have been working on my sign-up forms for some time and really struggling with our submission rates. I have tried:AB testing (messaging, assets, optimisation of display logic)Dividing messaging/display at market level (UK, EU, North Am)We are entering a really high traffic moment and I want to ensure the sign up form is appealing to as many people as possible. I need some help as I feel like whatever I try, I am not seeing the results I am seeking (I am refraining from 10% off and instead offering sign up to win ‘a special prize’ which will most likely be a £50 gift card but I am hesitant to mention this in the sign up form due to international appeal.Any clear, actionable suggestions are welcome, as opposed to suggestions to further testing as I feel like I am running out of variations on how to test and really am eager to see some improvement in results.  Thank you in advance!

Hi all, We are running into an issue with the Browse Abandonment Flow and could really use some suggestions for those who have faced something similar before. The flow is currently showing a 13% bounce rate over 30 days, which seems unusually high and impacting our wider delivery scores.I’ve already gone through the usual checks for list hygiene, content, and flow settings — but nothing has stood out as the obvious cause. I also turned on Smart Sending to see if that made a difference, but unfortunately it didn’t.Has anyone experienced something similar, or are there other areas you’d recommend looking into? We do have a dedicated sending domain already done

Hey everyone,I put this list together for anyone opening Composer and thinking, “Okay, but what should I actually ask it?”The short answer: start with one clear job, give Composer the context it needs, and use follow-up questions to get from a broad finding to a practical next step. There isn’t one best prompt for every account. Composer works from the data, setup, and content available in your account, so always review what it returns before you act.If you’re new to Composer, this Composer community overview is a good place to start. Composer can analyze and audit existing marketing, QA a campaign, and draft new campaigns or flows for you to review. It recommends, drafts, and audits; you make the edits and the final send decision. What’s the best way to prompt Composer?I keep coming back to a simple three-step pattern:Go wide: Ask Composer to find the highest-priority opportunity. Get narrow: Choose one finding and ask why it was flagged. Take action: Ask for a numbered plan of what to

AI is changing holiday shopping. Here are 3 moves to make before BFCM.Hey folks - if holiday planning still feels like a race to send more messages, this year's shopper data is a useful reason to pause and rethink the playbook.Today, October 7, Klaviyo is hosting How to be the brand LLMs recommend, a virtual conversation with OpenAI about AI search visibility and the holiday customer journey. You can save your seat, and a recording will be sent to registrants who can't make it live. The numbers worth planning aroundThe State of the Holiday Buyer 2026 study asked 6,750 consumers across 8 markets how they plan to shop this season. A few findings stand out: AI-assisted shoppers are planning to spend more: 34% of shoppers who've used an AI assistant say they'll spend more this holiday season than last year, compared with 14% of shoppers who haven't used one. The consideration set is getting smaller: 67% of shoppers say they typically have a gift idea first, then search for the product. In

How can a marketing agent QA an email campaign using the composer preview and a test send before launch?Short answer: Run three checks in order. First, ask Composer to QA the campaign. Second, preview it with a real profile. Third, send a test to a real inbox, and use a small internal list for anything a test can't prove. Composer never sends or schedules a campaign on its own, so the final call is always yours.Step 1: Ask Composer to QA the campaignComposer is Klaviyo's AI marketing agent. It can run a pre-send quality check on a single campaign. It looks at:Subject line Links and tracking Audience and exclusions Send configuration A/B test setup Compliance basicsHow to run it:Open the campaign first. Composer picks up the page you're viewing. Open Composer and type something like "QA this campaign before I send it and flag anything critical." Read the findings and decide which to apply. Composer recommends changes, and you choose what to fix. Re-run the check after you make edits.Ste

Has anyone come across this platform and is using it? It sounds great / sounds like tech that Klaviyo should have built in (!) but it’s expensive and want to see if anyone is using it and can vouch for it?

Hi there, I am currently building a replenishment strategy for a supplement brand. My current chosen plan is: several flows per replenishment window category (e.g. replenish after 15 days, 30 days, 40 days, and so on) - info is based on the Shopify collection - I am ending up with 7 flows trigger: ordered product (not placed order) because i want to only show the relevant product in the email when it comes to multi item orders with different replenishment windows email content: I am working with universal content blocks so that I do not have to adjust each email in each flow manually in case something changesI want to integrate a button that links to the ordered product -  what is the right link address to enter here so that it links directly to the product page - or even better: a pre-filled cart (is that possible)? Using this dynamic product block. Also if someone has a suggestion for a better setup, feel free to share. Thanks for your help!

Hi Klaviyo community. I want to enable transactional sending on my account so I can deliver quiz-result emails (Email #1 of my 4 quiz flows) to all quiz-takers regardless of marketing consent. My account is on the free plan so I can't reach live chat support. Two questions: 1) Is there a way to request transactional approval without upgrading? 2) If I upgrade briefly to get approved, will the transactional designation persist if I downgrade back to free? Any tips appreciated.

Hi,I’m rebuilding a renewal flow for a Shopify supplement product. The flow needs to branch based on the daily capsule quantity (1–7 capsules), using Shopify product tags such as 1_capsuleDay, 2_capsuleDay, etc.The original flow was built in 2022 and used Fulfilled Order as the trigger. The tag-based logic worked at the time, and I’d like to continue using the existing product-tag setup for this flow.I’ve found that: With the Ordered Product event, the Shopify product tags are available and can be used for branching. However, I need to use Fulfilled Order as the flow trigger. With Fulfilled Order, the product tag is present under product → tags, but the tags property available in the flow only contains the order-level tags. I can’t select product → tags as a property in the flow split. What would be the correct way to use the existing Shopify product tags for branching after a Fulfilled Order trigger?Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Over the years running my agency, I've seen some of the best-performing emails have one thing in common... they teach something.Think recipes, how-tos, routines, guides, tips, or answers to questions people actually have. You build a stronger relationship with your audience when your emails teach them something, not just by throwing sales at them. Here are just a few examples we would normally send weekly for clients:RecipesShare recipes your audience will actually want to make, then naturally feature the products or ingredients that fit into them.Tips & GuidesTeach something genuinely useful, from simple routines to how-tos and helpful tips, with your products naturally supporting the lesson. You're still selling. You're just giving people something of value first that is helpful to them. If every email annoyingly asks someone to buy, you're only useful when they're ready to shop.Teach something useful, then let the products fit naturally into the conversation.-BrandonOwner, LuxorL

How are you managing conversational WhatsApp with Klaviyo + Gorgias?Hi everyone,I'm currently working on our Klaviyo WhatsApp strategy, and one of our main goals is to make the channel as conversational as possible, rather than using it only for one-way marketing communications. Our setup would ideally look like this:Klaviyo WhatsApp message → Customer replies → Conversation becomes a ticket in Gorgias → Customer Care replies via WhatsAppOur Customer Care team already works in Gorgias, so ideally we would like them to manage WhatsApp conversations there just like any other customer service ticket. At the moment, I can successfully get customers' WhatsApp replies into Gorgias. The issue is that our Customer Care team cannot reply to the customer via WhatsApp from Gorgias — they can only reply by email.I'm therefore curious to hear from brands that are already using WhatsApp conversationally: How are you managing incoming WhatsApp replies? Is your Customer Care team handling conversation

I'm on a plan priced by number of contacts. I've just worked out that a bit over two thirds of my list hasn't opened anything in a year - so I'm paying every month to store people who will never buy again. I know I should clean it. I haven't, because I'm scared of accidentally removing someone who bought last month. Two questions. What are you paying? And have you ever actually pruned a list - and did anything bad happen when you did?
