Hello,

All of the tabs and buttons work on the website but since yesterday, I have been unable to create a new campaign using the “Create Campaign” button. Is there a workaround or is this maybe something that is happening for everyone? I have campaigns that need to go out by tomorrow morning.

Welcome to the Community.

I understand that you have not been able to see the campaigns or the create new campaign in the Campaigns Tab portion of your account. What I believe might be happening here is a browser issue. I went into my own account I was able to see the page load as expected.

Would you please try the following for me attempting each suggestion and then logging back into your account to access the Campaigns Tab:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, this site > Refresh Your Cache will give you instructions on how to do this based on your browser type.
  • If you are not already please try using Google Chrome, this is the suggested browser to use when working from your Klaviyo account if possible. 
  • Use an Incognito mode window
