Hi all,
I’ve set up a lead capture form that’s meant to split subscribers into 2 categories (gift givers, and self-shoppers).  The subscriber checks a box that will determine which category they go into.

The plan is to have gift givers, and self-shoppers go to two separate flows. Each flow has a filter that should determine whether that person gets or doesn’t get the email (based on the assigned property).

The problem:
It’s not working. The correct properties are assigned, but Klaviyo doesn’t seem to recognize them?

I’m not sure how to fix this. The trigger is working, but the filter isn’t. As you can see in the picture even though the profile meets all conditions it is not entering the flow.

Any advice?

Thank you!

Pleased I could help and it’s solved@BeautyCopywriter94 !

Andy

You’re amazing. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.

Hi @BeautyCopywriter94

I think your issue is that the custom property data on your form is of a type: list which is an array, and you’re selecting text as the data type in your flow (as your example has ‘equals’).

Try amending your flow filter for ‘shopping_for’ to a type ‘list’ and then ‘contains’ ‘Self-shoppers’ as the value.

That should fix it but let me know how you get on

Andy
