Why are all products (SKUs) and collections not appearing in trigger filters?

Does anyone have any insight why all collections and product skus are not listed in trigger filter options? Any idea?

I would like to make specific “Thank you” flows based on 1 of three product categories purchased - and when I try to filter by product sku (ideal solution), all of the product skus are not there. In fact, of the 4 products we offer, only 1 is listed. 

The three product categories are: 

  1. gift purchases
  2. people who subscribe to the recurring membership
  3. one off purchases

Our 4 product SKUs are: MEMBR, GIFTM, GIFT1, GIFT3

As you can see in the screenshot, only MEMBR is showing.

Quick question, what are you using for the trigger? I assume its a metric triggered flow, but it’s unclear based on your screenshot if you are using the “Placed Order” metric or something else?
