Hello,

I’m trying to publish my app on Klaviyo and I can see the following under testing requirements:

“For Klaviyo to approve the application, we need to test the OAuth flow. Please provide access to a test account that can use Klaviyo OAuth. This test account should be able to demo the end-to-end flow of data in or out of Klaviyo.”

Does that mean that I need to give Klaviyo credentials to access my system where the login (authentication) is happening?

Hey @blend-ai

I am not 100% sure, but from what I was able to research - No, you don’t need to provide your credentials to Klaviyo directly. What they are asking for is a test account that can authenticate using the OAuth flow of your app. This is to ensure that the OAuth process for logging in or connecting your app to Klaviyo works smoothly, and that data can flow correctly in or out of Klaviyo.

so maybe just Set up a test account in your system that can be used to simulate the OAuth process. This will allow Klaviyo to test how users would authenticate and connect your app to Klaviyo.

Let me know if this helps, if not, I would suggest you connect with klaviyo support.

Thank you for posting your question here in the community.

Cheers
