How to send multiple client tracking event at a single second - Magento2

I am using Magento 2.I am using “Create Event” endpoint (https://a.klaviyo.com/api/events/) https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/create_eventIn my store I am sending multiple tracking requests at a time.If I send 5 requests, only 3 is received in klaviyo.Is there a way to send bulk requests?

Product feeds shows the same product

Hi, everyone, I feel really frustrated with the recent change of the product feed. All my email templates contain not simple boring grid, but a little bit tweaked in order to make emails not such a boring thing. See the example bellow.These all kinds of grids worked just fine when I could chose from what position to start displaying product feed, as all these blocks are independent in order to make beautiful display.Now, for some reason Klaviyo removed this button and all the time product feed starts from #1 resulting in displaying the same product all over the email. I have contacted support unfortunately with no help.All my Flows contains grids with various display meaning that I have to redo everything! That’s drives me crazy!I just don’t understand how could you do this!I worked so hard to setup everything and now all its gone. It will take me days if not weeks to redo everything. I will lose so much revenue during this time, because I cannot do other things.I don’t know if anyone

Will Klaviyo get proper templates in future?

Hi There,Will Klaviyo ever get proper templates where you can set default text styles and spacing on all blocks so if added, we get consistent design?The way this all works currently is a constant headache sorry (yes we’ve setup and use the universal block system). The main problem is that the rich text editor is one of the worst. Yes, the markup required for emails is also the worst!  But even basic emails clip in Google and when we look into it, it’s the cruft added by the rich text editor.See below for an example from just one small text area!Hope that makes sense. Extra profiles mystery for a non ecommerce website

Hello, In the last month I’ve built an email list in Klaviyo from 0. This is for a local restaurant that only has menu’s on their website. There is no way to make a purchase, put something in a cart and abandon it, etc. All you can do on their website is view menus (cannot book online, cannot click to call, etc.). The only way for me to collect emails is through the opt in form. My understanding is that in order for these profiles to be getting to this account is by typing it in the opt in page? Yet I’m still getting about half the profiles that have the yellow icon that says, “Never Subscribed!” … I’ve already looked this up in the community and through klaviyo support, and the explanation is: when people interact with the site, but do not opt in (so they add to cart and abandon cart, etc.) you get these profiles from that.But on this restaurant’s site there is no cart. No shopping is possible. There is only one place to put your email and it is on the opt in page. The only other thin

Possible or not?

Hi everyone, I’m building a tool for a client and i was wondering if the following was possible: This client needs access to Shopify, Klaviyo and GA4 in order to onboard new customers. Granting access takes time and effort. I’m trying to build an app that allows clients to login and grant access automatically. Just how you can login with Google using oAuth and grant access. would this be possible with Klaviyo? Can you have multiple newsletters to sign up to on an opt-in form?

I’m curious if there’s a way to create numerous newsletter types, and have opt-ins for the different options show up on our opt-in form. For example, I want to offer Newsletter A (weekly) and Newsletter B (daily). I don’t want to automatically add all subscribers to both, but rather let them opt-in to which one they want (and also modify their existing subscription to opt-in to Newsletter B, if they only subscribed to Newsletter A, for example)Is this possible?I assume I can assign a tag, but then it doesn’t translate super well to the subscription page without a lot of custom work. Is that the only resolution or am I missing anything?

Back in stock: second email if product is delayed

Hey,We have a back in stock flow working really well. However, one of our high value and high demand products (a bicycle) has been out of stock for three months and due to some issues it will continue to be out of stock for another three months. I want to email back in stock subscribers who have been signed up over a month for the product and let them know it is not back in stock, yet but it is coming and in production. I want to try and retain their interest, remind them we’re still here in the hope they don’t choose to purchase elsewhere.I don’t want to email people who have just signed up. I don’t really want to send a campaign, I was hoping to create a flow, where the trigger was once they have been signed up for over 45 days we email them an update.Should I make a separate flow? and if so what would the triggers be?Should I build a second branch into my back in stock flow? and again I’m not quite sure what my triggers would be to isolate that product. Thanks Claire

Why does Klaviyo have "live chat" which is unmanned?

I have been trying to receive help from Klaviyo customer support for days now and stayed in the live chat queue with promised that a “live agent” will be with me soon. Can we stop the fiction or at the very least tell the truth and say “ no one is coming and you need to sit back and deal with that on your own”. Live chat support is a benefit we are supposed to get. Please consider phone support or live interactive classes FOR TROUBLE SHOOTING! THe classes are all but useless to us.

Creating a New product alert Flow, to a specific research

Hi, We would like our clients to create an alert on our website and receive an email every week, with the new products. Is there a way to do it easily with Kaviyo ? Brainstorming about solutions, I was wondering if it was possible to collect the criterias of a user research (i.e brand, price, ...) and filter a Klaviyo product feed with those criterias ? This way I would be able to show the products corresponding to its alert. Thanks for your help,Laurent

Send Invoice When order placed through WooCommerce (Any Automation)

I am new Klaviyo.  I am trying move my transactional emails from WooCommerce to Klaviyo. I have no problem setting up order confirmation email. However, I want to attach a pdf invoice to the confirmation email. Is there any way I can total automate the process? or I am fine using another plugin as well.

Cross device cart abandonment with Woocommerce

Hi,Is there any “cross device” link for cart abandonment flow on Woocommerce? I’m using a different ESP and there, there is a special link that will send people to their cart even if they click from a different device they abandoned their cart.. Can i do the same with Klaviyo? If so, what is the llink? Thanks

Why does my Hide/Show logic show extra white space in template?

Hi, I used this solution in the article to tackle a similar problem and it kinda worked too.  The solution to my problem was to use a conditional else/if statement like this-{% if event.line_price != 0 %} {{ event.name|default:'' }} {% endif %}But now, as you can see in the image below, I am getting all of this white space from the content that is hidden. So is there no way to remove this?

How to start a Flow when I add a Tag in a Shopify Order

Hello !I would like to be able to start an email Flow sent to my customer orders, as soon as I add the tag “PRODUCTION” to an order. So, the behavior here is supposed to be. 1- I receive a new order on Shopify2- Few days after, I manually add the “PRODUCTION” tag on this order (when the factory starts the Production of the items)3- I want this tag to trigger instantly a Flow, sending a email to the Customer of this order to let them know the order is in Production (at the factory..) It looks like I cannot trigger a flow with a tag :( Any idea ?

Embroidery - Delayed Fulfillment Flow

Hi Klaviyo Community, I have the option of adding embroidery on to some of the tops I sell. I live in a country that experiences huge power outages. I created the attached flow to update customers on their embroidery order as I’m getting heaps of mails asking for updates.  I just want to find out if the flow filters I’ve used are correct?  The automation should only send out to people who have placed an order with embroidery selected and they shouldn’t get email 2 if the order is fulfilled in the 7 day window between email 1 and email 2.  Any guidance will be greatly appreciated. Warm regards,Rox

Lost campaign

The campaign I was working on completely disappeared just as I was getting ready to send it. Not sure why, and not sure if there’s a way to retrieve it. It’s not showing up for my teammates either on other computers so it’s not a cache issue. Help!!!

Low Stock Notification Email

Is there anyway to enable a low stock trigger. Who it goes to: People who browse the product or add it to cart but do not purchase.When it is triggered: When there is one left in the variant the customer added to cart or browsed. Greatly appreciate any help and let me know if there is any other info I can provide to help!

Issue with Wrong Welcome Email Sending After Placed Order

We’re having an issue with our Welcome flow. Even though we have filters and conditional splits to avoid sending Welcome Email #1 with a discount to customers, it’s still sending. So what is happening is customers who placed an order (and checkmark to subscribe to emails), get an email with a discount and are then manually asking for a refund of the amount. It’s been a headache!It seems to be because Klaviyo and Shopify are not syncing in time. In this case, what can we do? Place a delay? But then it would affect others who signed up via footer or pop-up, who want the email with the discount to place the order.

Show/hide logic for discount code

I want to create a section in my abanoned cart email for if a subscriber has not used their first purchase discount code yet that reminds them they still can use it. I am creating a show/hide logic for the section but I cant seem to find the logic input for it.When customers fill out the form customers are tagged with a profile property “used sign up form (profile property) = yes (value).How do I find the logic for this? Display one-time universal block when user has been subbed for a set amount of time?

Hi There,I’m fairly new to flows so forgive me if there is a more obvious way of doing this. I’d like to show people who have subscribed to our newsletter for 90 days a block that lets them know that, but I really only want to display the message once. I’ve created a flow that adds a property to active readers subbed more than 90 days which I can use as a conditional logic to add the block to the top of the newsletter, but I’m absolutely lost in trying to work out how to stop the block appearing on every subsequent email they receive. I guess I could make a flow at (for example) 92 days that amends the property to something else so that the conditional block doesn’t show any more, but by doing it that way there’s no guarantee that they’ll see the block if they don’t open any email in that window right? Again, sorry if I’m over complicating this!
