Dynamic content using custom properties and conditional language

I want to write a section of my email to display a sentence based on the value of a custom property.Here’s an example:The value of Grown Tomatoes Before? is: {% if person|lookup:'Grown Tomatoes Before?' == 'Yes' %}Yes, they have.{% elsif person|lookup:'Grown Tomatoes Before?' == 'No' %}No, they have not.{% else %}Unknown value.{% endif % But, this doesn’t seem to work.

Dynamic Table Not Rendering Rows from event.playlists in Klaviyo Email Template

Hello Klaviyo Community,I’m encountering an issue with my email template where a dynamic table intended to display playlist data is only rendering the header row, without populating the playlist rows. I’m using the HTML block. The proper dynamic table block works, but I was interested on using the HTML block so I have more control of the design. Here’s a detailed overview of the problem and the steps I’ve taken to troubleshoot it. Objective:Create a dynamic table in a Klaviyo email that lists playlists from the event.playlists property. klaviyo not sending mail

hello. i just connected my domain to klaviyo, to send mail for the sign up, etc and it is verified and shows active but no emails are being sent. can someone advise?

Missing variables when sending test emails

Hello,I am trying to draft 2 separate email templates (“Order Delivered” and “Order Refunded”) which will be automatically sent to customers via our Shopify admin whenever these 2 events have occurred. The problem I am currently having is that the unit prices are not showing up when I send a test email for these 2 templates. For reference, I have copied the unit price variable over from my “Order Confirmed” template which is working fine. Please see the screenshots below:  The unit price variable I used for these 2 templates is : {{ line.price|money }}Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Help with Webhook in Flow to Twilio

Hi there, I am also trying to use a webhook within a flow to have Twilio send an SMS In Twilio Studio, I am trying to connect to their REST API https://studio.twilio.com/v2/Flows/MYFLOWIDHERE/ExecutionsIn the message for the Body (within twilio), I have:{{flow.data.parameters.message}} In the message for From, I have:{{flow.data.parameters.From}} In the message for To, I have:{{flow.data.parameters.To}}Now back to klayvio - as mentioned, I am trying to send the webhook to that URL (I have also tried sending it to their webhook URL and I have been unsuccessful). Originally, I was passing my AccountSID and Auth Token as base64 encoded, but then I noticed Klayvio was ##### a lot of the numbers. Upon further checking with Klayvio, they said they hash it….so I tried sending it without it being encoded. Ultimately, every time it gets to the webhook in my flow it skips it. I have tried doing it via postman and was able to do it when its x-www-form-urlencoded but ultimately, when sending by JS

How do I allow a Klaviyo embed form to be submitted multiple times by one profile

Hello, I’m working with a B2B client - Looking to fix our Custom Product Request Form (A form that allows new/repeat clients to reach out when they’d like to order bulk custom products) It works great for the fist submission, but clients like to reorder and we are trying to automate some of that process. We use a Klaviyo Embedded form on Shopify if that helps.Currently - When submitted, this form adds users to list “Custom Request” This triggers a flow that will send an internal alert to staff about order variables (products, quantity, due date, personal info) Problem - Clients can only be added to this list once, therefore - repeat submissions for clients looking to re-order or order a new product/design are not being processed. Back in Stock / No email notifications despite successful API response

Hey Klaviyo Team!I recently released a large scale open-source Nuxt4 project called Nitrogen, supported by the Nuxt team. This is somewhat more minimal rebuild of Shopify Hydrogen with all core storefront API features, but in a Nuxt4 environment. I am integrating Klaviyo into this template and have everything set up very well, with successful responses in my “Create Client Subscription” and “Create Back In Stock Subscription” requests. However, the issue is that I receive the correct email notification for my Client Subscription (newsletter) response, but I don't get any emails for the Back in Stock Subscription response (even when I manually update the product variant quantity in the Shopify admin to make it “back in stock”). Perhaps I need to update some setting on my Klaviyo admin side of things? Not sure… Essentially I have it like this: 1. Updating a custom field in Klaviyo from Zapier

Hi!I’m having trouble updating a Klaviyo custom profile with Zapier.Whole story:Creating a flow for window shoppers who have not bought in X time, and sending them to Typeform to fill out a quick survey. Once someone completes a survey I want Zapier to look up that profile based on their email and update a custom field as TRUE. I’ve been using my own profile as a test, but Zapier keeps saying there’s a error when trying to connect to Klaviyo.I’m obviously not clicking something correctly somewhere!Side note - Although there is an integration available for Typeform, I cannot choose which survey questions I want pulled into Klaviyo. Typeform automatically creates a custom field for every question and populates it with the respondents answers. I don’t want their answers, I only want to show that they competed the survey and then send them a coupon once they submitted the survey.

Dynamic product block not appearing on test preview

Hi! I’m building a dynamic product block on my browse abandonment flow with viewed product trigger.On actual flow preview, the product block appears but links do not work.But on test email, the dynamic product block is rendered like this: ​​​​I’m using the variable {{ event.ImageURL }} for the dynamic product image.Anyone knows what seem to be the problem here?

Discrepancy Between Metric-Aggregates Campaign Data and Get Campaigns Endpoint

API Events bulk create - Pointer not pointing to a specific event

Hi!We are working on an integration with Klaviyo, we'll be sending events to the platform based on the data that we have tracked on the website. Getting 500 with list template api

Testing abandoned cart flow not working

Hi there, I was trying to test my abandoned cart on shopify. I added something to my cart and abandoned it, but the email never triggered and says I never entered the flow, I tried this with two different emails. I am also looking at the ‘recent data’ under the shopify integrations and the activity doesn’t appear. I have subscribed and confirmed which does appear on the list. What am I doing wrong?

magento module uninstalled but still JavaScript

Hi,We used the official Magento plugin via composer for about a year or so, but recently we're forced to stop using.We followed instructions to disable and remove, and inside admin config area etc are gone.However we still see a load of JavaScript on the front page.Does anyone know how to remove this pls? Thanks

Failed to access event data in the campaign email template

I am reaching out for assistance regarding my recent attempt to use event data in our email template. Unfortunately, I was unable to achieve the desired outcome.
