Star rating not showing

Hi,I’ve recently installed Klaviyo Reviews on my site but despite having reviews added to products by verified buyers, the star rating is still 0. I have seen other users having the same issue.https://karmasock.lv/products/daily-socks-for-explorersHow can this be fixed?

New SMS subscribers don't show up in the list

Hey there!I have a problem with the SMS subscribe page:When a new lead fills out the subscribe form and clicks on “subscribe” they will not be saved in the list. In fact, they just get lost, I can’t find them anywhere. Where is the problem? I have everything set up with SMS consent, single opt-in, etc. Thanks for your help!

issue with Review link

I am trying to set up a review flow and when sending a test email the link just goes to the product page instead of the reviews link. the current link was automatically included when I initially set up the flow and if I copy and paste the review link for a specific product it will only go to that certain product when it needs to go to the acutal product a customer bought. please helpthanks

Abandoned cart flow when customers' cards are out of money or the payment gate doesn't accept these cardscards?

Hi,I have a question related to the abandoned cart flow. Our abandoned cart flow works well, it simply reminds people to do the next step if they ever forget.  But lately, my boss says he’s concerned about the cases related to not just forgetting, but there are some payment errors on the customers’ side like their cards are out of money, or the payment gate doesn’t accept their cards.  I need to optimize these cases and honestly, I don’t know where to start. Can you guys give me some suggestion? I would appreciate it! We sell on Shopify and Klaviyo is our Email Service Provider right now.

How do I edit the H5 and H6 styles?

I am able to edit Body, and styles H1-H4, but the drop down menu doesn’t allow me to style the other two tags. Any idea how I can do this?

How to email out unique discount codes that can be redeemed in-store?

We’re an ecommerce brand with a brick and mortar presence and a strong local customer base. We’re opening a new store and I’d like to email my local subscribers a promo they can redeem in-store.  The omnichannel technical problem I'm trying to solve is: it’s easy enough to generate unique coupon codes with Klaviyo, but text-string coupon codes aren’t helpful when you’re trying to redeem it as an in-store purchase. Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a workaround? Failing that, here’s a feature request for Klaviyo: It would be helpful to have a scannable code, like a QR code, as an output format for unique discount codes.

Hey everyone,I have encountered this before from a store, they don’t allow opting in if there’s + in the email. How do I set this up in Klaviyo?I see some of the sign-ups I get having a + sign in there email address and I only want the original email address to opt-in.Sample emailsname+12@gmail.comI just want them to signup asname@gmail.com

Best Practices for Managing BigCommerce Unique Coupon Codes in Abandonment Emails

Hi everyone,I'm currently working with BigCommerce and Klaviyo to send abandonment emails that include unique coupon codes. I had a few questions regarding the best way to manage and replenish these codes:When updating/replenishing codes, is it sufficient to create more codes in the third-party app and add them to the existing coupon, or should I create a new coupon each time? Are the unique coupon codes sent once per recipient? If the same recipient receives a subsequent email, will they get the same code, or will a new one be generated for each email? Can these codes be automatically added to the links in the emails, similar to other types of discount codes in Klaviyo? What’s the best method for keeping on top of code replenishment? As this is a manual task, I’d prefer to handle it as efficiently as possible, but it's crucial to avoid running out of codes, as this could prevent emails from being sent. Wishlist > Automatic alerts on price/stock drops and restocks

We've created a custom metric Added to Wishlist that happens each time a user adds something to their wishlist, and then use the catalog tag to populate the email with the product info (image, price, link etc). We did it like this as to not overload the front-end by passing all the info that is already in the shopify catalog. This is how it looks in the end, so it works fine to be able to list all (or some) of their wishlisted items in an email. We want to implement some flows that would notify a user when an item from their wishlist has a stock drop, price drop, or is back in stock. It seems we cannot use our current setup/catalog tag for that purpose, and we cannot combine our wishlist with Klaviyo’s existing triggers on price drop/stock drop/restock.We can add the product stock to the event “Added to wishlist”, but that will just tell us the stock level at that moment, it won’t check against the current Shopify stock and see if it’s under X units. Any help on how we can further deve

Should I manually delete active profiles?

I’m currently on the $400 a month plan, as I have 75,000 active profiles, however only 13,000 them have been on my website within the past two years. I’m trying to cut my costs so should I manually deactivate/delete all these older profiles? Is there any reason I shouldn’t do this?

resetting user consent status

Early on in our development with the Klaviyo API, I made a mistake with user statuses. Some of them ended up being 'subscribed' when they shouldn't have been, and some as 'unsubscribed' when they shouldn't have been. All the neutral statuses are saved in a database, so I was wondering whether it's possible to reset users' consent to the 'never subscribed' status. I've been trying to play with the API in our staging environment, but so far, without success
