My account was accessed via a IP in the US (i am UK based). They managed to access my account and add 500k profiles and send 2 coinbase phishing campaigns from my account. I had 2 factor authentication set up and have absolutely no idea how this happened. How can I stop it from happening again. I was lock out of my account and lost the majority of my profile list. I had 80k profiles.

Hallo! Vielen Dank!
Good afternoon, I set up our abandoned cart flow so that when a profile enters a flow, it is assigned a profile property of “In flow” as “abandoned cart”. This enables me to create a segment of profiles with this property so I can exclude them from campaigns or other flows I don’t want them getting while in the abandoned cart flow. When the profile exits the flow, this property is supposed to be deleted. The issue I’m having is this: if someone started checkout or placed an order, they never have the profile property removed because they then fail the flow filters.Any suggestions? Thanks!BB
Is there any way possible through either a Flow, Segment, or API to trigger or send a wave hook when someone leaves a Segment? I know the Flow works when someone enters the Segment, but is there any even that is triggered when someone leaves a segment?
I was trying to upload a list from a recent trade show because we wanted to send a thank you email to the people who stopped by our booth. About one-quarter of the list was deleted from this upload because their profile already exists in the Klaviyo system. We really want to keep all of the people in this list together so we can send them one email. Does anyone have a solution or workaround to this? I have tried looking in the academy and this community but have not found anything on this subject.
For some reason Klaviyo will not let us cancel our account and we’re set to be billed for $11,000 They do not provide anywhere on the billing page to cancel our account And they have no one on their support team reaching out What do you guys suggest to help or someone we can reach out to?
Hi, We are facing trouble with the sign-ups form from Klaviyo. We have checked all the basics: It’s live, it shows to all visitors, the widget is showing, the code is correct etc. Yet none of the forms are visible. We are using Wordpress (Flatsome theme). We are using an HTML code which looks like this: <div class="klaviyo-form-UUpFi5"></div>We have tried to add as a costume HTML, widget etc. Still nothing appears. Any suggestions?
Hi guysWe run 3 Klaviyo accounts for 3 different regions and they all have an integration with their corresponding Shopify website. To clarify, we have 3 Shopify websites in Shopify Plus catering to 3 different regions. My dilemma is this, I want to create 3 signup forms for the 3 Klaviyo accounts, having travelers in one region register to their home region. If I create a sign up form on our USA Klaviyo account, the form will not display on our non-USA website, I assume that has to do with the USA account being integrated with our USA Shopify website. If I set the sign up form on a landing page with in our USA website, the Geo location will try to force them to the local website they are visiting from, not optimal UX at all.Is there any way to embed the two forms on a Shopify website the accounts are not integrated with? Thanks in advance and all the best!
Hello Klaviyo Community,We are in the process of integrating our inventory management and order administration system, Booqable, with Klaviyo, to automate transactional and marketing email/SMS campaigns based on rental periods. Our goal is to create a segment containing a series of gift card numbers that correspond to specific territories in our inventory system. When an order is received in Booqable and includes a gift card number from this pre-defined list, we want to trigger an automated workflow that sends scheduled SMS and email notifications aligned with the rental period. We would greatly appreciate your guidance on the following:Segment Creation: How can we create a segment in Klaviyo that dynamically includes a list of gift card numbers related to a specific territory? Data Sync: What is the best way to ensure seamless integration between Booqable and Klaviyo to automatically update this segment when a new order with a matching gift card number is placed? Automated Workflows: Ho
I am setting up a Post-Purchase Flow and as part of that flow I would like to invite buyers to sign up for my email list. I have already set up a Welcome Flow with a pop-up sign-up form on the website that provides a 15% coupon for signing up. How can I do the same thing but with the invite being included in a post-purchase email. I have reviewed the attached video from Klaviyo which says that one way is to “add an email subscribe link to a flow” but I cannot find any instructions anywhere to do this. Any guidance would be appreciated.Anthony
I have a multi-step form to collect a user’s name, mailing address and e-mail to request a printed catalog by mail. The first step of the from is a pre-engagement step - basically YES or NO are they interested in a catalog. YES moves to the next step of the from to collect their info. NO closes the form. The exact same setup as shown here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404256496283#h_01HAT3AGC6X0BD4CAHV7800MG0However I am getting an alert in the first step of my form “Add input field to collect profile properties. This form submits to list but doesn't collect information from visitors on all devices.” I think this alert is because the YES button is to move the next step, but is not collecting any information about the user? Does Klayvio not function well with buttons that are just to move to the next step of the form, not to collect info? The help guides seems to explain that this is possible. What am I missing here?
Hello! I’ll start by saying I'm pretty new to Klaviyo and really struggling with it, so I apologize in advance for my cluelessness…We have two totally different subscription box products that we offer on our Woocommerce site. We have two different segments set up, one for each subscription box, and customers who purchase one of the boxes get added to their respective box segment. We then have an automatic welcome email that goes out to new customers once they are added into that segment. A couple weeks ago, we created a new email campaign that went out to one of our segments, let’s call it Segment Box A, that provided some important shipping updates and a few product reveal photos. Since that email went out, we have had a number of new subscribers, who were then, of course, added automatically to the Segment Box A segment. They got the automatic Welcome flow email as soon as they purchased and were added to the list, but now how do I ensure they get the shipping update email we sent ou
Hello!I am setting up some dynamic tables inside a flow and am wondering if I can get fancier with the filtering - I read the guides / posts about excluding certain products so I feel I have a good grasp on the beginning of what I want. But I am trying to exclude/include certain products based off of multiple conditions and running into some roadblocks! Background info: Our users sign up to try promotional items at specific retailers - and they can select which one is their preferred store. This gets passed into the metric ‘AcceptedinCampaign’. An email is then triggered reminding the user to go into that specific store. The addition I’m looking to add: There are many items on promotion that the user may not have signed up for yet; and some of these may also be at the same retailer. These are currently passed to a custom profile property called ‘products’. What we want to add to the email mentioned above is a second section - if the user has other promotional products at the same retaile
Please find the code I wrote in Django below. My problem is that the template doesn't render whenever I attempt to add this condition to my Abandoned Checkout Block. I just want to know if someone in the community knows enough to verify that the code syntax is correct.{% catalog item.ProductID unpublished="cancel" %}{% elif "Baume & Mercier" in item.ProductCategories and has_category catalog_item "watch" as in_category and has_category catalog_item "Special Savings" as in_category or has_category catalog_item "Popular" as in_category %}{% endcatalog %}Thanks!!
Would someone be able to provide some clarity around Klaviyo’s new pricing regarding active profiles? If we suppress profiles:Can suppressed profiles still continue to receive & store new events via the Klaviyo Pixel and API? (ie: Viewed Product, Added to Cart, etc) Can suppressed profiles still continue to be updated with new attributes via API? Can suppressed profiles still be included in segments that are synced with Meta Facebook Ads Custom Audiences and Google Ads? Can suppressed profiles still be marketed to via Klaviyo SMS without being billed for the profile? If we create a new profile and then immediately suppress it without sending any emails - will that profile still count towards that month’s monthly active profile limit? Thanks!
I’m small artist where my subscriber list has grown but the cost to run it is so high I can’t afford to sustain Klaviyo anymore. This platform is perfect for pure ecommerce based business but the change with forced product upgrades means that the high costs are not workable as an artist.Has anyone had any experience porting away from Klaviyo? Is there anything I should take into account?
