Hello,

we are seeing in the last couple of hours sporadic errors coming from klaviyo get events API, mostly returning 403 status codes. it’s sometimes works, and sometimes returns 403 error...
we couldn’t find anything in the status page but wanted to check if there’s anything we can do about it ?

for what it’s worth we’re using the python sdk version 2.0.0

any help would be appreciated

Do you see the API calls in the logs, and if so, is there a more detailed response body?

Hey, the issue magically resolved itself.
next time i’ll look on the developer tools in klaviyo dashboard. but I believe it was a klaviyo issue which just didn’t got to be public on the status page unfortunately..

For what it’s worth, we’ve been seeing 403 errors more frequently as well, and since these are our client side events, the developer center in Klaviyo is not helpful as it just shows the immediate 202 response.
