Does Klaviyo API have endpoint for fetching rates from dashboards (open rate, click rate...)?

    Hi @growth_hack_404!

I speak about this more in the following thread, but the dashboard in the UI uses a slightly different attribution model:

So while there isn’t currently a way to pull that dashboard number directly, our API team is considering ways to rectify this in a future release, so I’ll update the thread if anything changes.

    Hi @growth_hack_404!

Yes we do! You can gather metrics like this by using the Query Metric Aggregates endpoint. We also have an expanded guide on how to use this endpoint to retrieve different rates here:

And if you want to jump right to open rate/click rate:

I hope this helps, and thanks for using the Community!

    Hi Brian,

Thank you very much for the answer.

It is possible to retrieve the total number of clicks and the total number of delivered emails and calculate the click rate, but it does not match the click rates on the dashboards that klaviyo creates. The reason for this is probably the fact that the Single Metric report does not use the message attribution windows.
Is there any way to retrieve the rates directly from klaviyo without calculating them?
