The forms are being added twice within the div with the klaviyo id. We have confirmed that the klaviyo js script only loads once on the site and that the div with the klaviyo form id does not get duplicated. The beheviour we are seeing is that the form body gets injected into the div embedded twice. It happens for every form on the site.

Hi Brian, yes this is still occurring, what we have done as a quick fix is remove the duplicate forms using css. An actual solution would be greatly appreciated
