Hi all,

 

I’m currently using the Klaviyo API to schedule campaigns but I keep coming across the above status temperamentally when polling for status using the campaigns API. I duplicate a campaign, add a list, initiate a send job and then poll the campaign to check it’s status. Initially I get a response of ‘Queued without Recipients’ when I poll. Then sometimes the campaigns goes to ‘Scheduled’ or sometimes it goes to ‘Cancelled: No Recipients’. There’s not much documentation on what would cause this particular cancellation status.

I moved this post into the Developers group as they are the most capable for helping with API related issues. I know for non API related cancelled campaign sends it is usually because you’ve reached the total send based on your monthly plan. So I would check that first. However, it might be something completely different since you are using the API. I will let the experts weigh in on this one!
