I’m facing an issue with the integration of Klaviyo in Shopware using the Overdose Digital plugin.
In my shop, we have an internal Shopware-provided form for newsletter signups. Users go through Shopware’s double opt-in process successfully. However, the subscription status in Klaviyo is not updated to “subscribed” as expected; instead, it remains as “never subscribed.”
I would like the status to reflect as “subscribed” once the double opt-in process is completed, so these contacts are active for future email campaigns.
Has anyone encountered a similar setup and found a solution? Or are there specific settings within the Overdose integration that need to be adjusted to ensure proper synchronization?
