we are using Shopware 6 with a manual integration of the product feed. So far so good.
I am working on a flow where the trigger is. Someone viewed a product. Is working fine yet. But lately I have seen that in the product theres not item-url sent so I cannot lead the customers back to their seen products.
EDIT: just found out, same comes with orderred items. ProductURL is not shown in the profiles.
What am I doing wrong??

I see you had touched base with our support team on this as well “Since this is a custom metric created by your developer they would be the best resource on how to fix the issues you're experiencing. If the metric is not being recorded properly in Klaviyo then it's likely it's not set up correctly. Maybe there’s another community member or Champion who has had a similar situation?
