Hello @Prabin,

To create such segments, I would recommend looking at the following resources Klaviyo has to further understand segments and the definitions you can create:

To create a segment capturing your weekend purchasers and weekday purchasers, you’ll want to use the definition rule of “What someone has done, Placed Order at least once between Dates X (weekend 1) and X (weekend 1) OR What someone has done, Placed Order at least once between Dates X (weekend 2) and X (weekend 12) OR...” while incorporating all the weekends you want to capture. Similarly, you would also want to use a similar definition for your weekday purchasers as well. Also, keep in mind that when using the “between dates” definition, that the first date is inclusive and the last date is exclusive. For example, to find customers who purchased this past weekend of June 29 and June 30, your segmentation rule would read “What someone has done, Placed Order at least once between dates June 29 and June 31”.

When creating a segment to capture contacts who used a discount in their purchase, you can use the segment definition of “What someone has done, Placed Order at least once where Discount Code contains X” while listing out all the discount codes. Note that there is a 1,100 limit on the number of conditions you can fit into the definition. Keeping in mind that unique discount codes would play a role in this as well since they would be “unique” for all users who receive and use one. Alternatively, you would also be able to export profiles that used a specific discount code from within your Shopify backend.

At this time, Klaviyo does not have the capability to create a segment based on customers who have not used a discount code as part of their purchase. One way around this would be to create two segments, one capturing customers who have used a discount code as previously mentioned, and one segment of customers who have made a purchase at least once and export both segments. Once exported, you can utilize tools in Google Sheets, Excel, etc. to cross reference these two groups of customers by excluding customers who have used a discount from the general purchasers. This process would result in a list of customers who have made a purchase but have not used a discount code in their purchase.

Hope this helps!

David
