Shopify Integration

I had “integrated” Klaviyo with my Shopify, and also setup the link between Klaviyo and VITAL. 

However, I notice the customer who subcript thru the VITAL, the information doen’t show up in Klaviyo. 

Hope someone can help me….

Is this the VITALS app you are using https://apps.shopify.com/vitals?

Do Shopify customer profiles show up in Klaviyo?

If all else fails, VITALS brags about their customer service, so maybe run this by them:

Thanks for the advice. 

Yes, is the VITAL apps you mentioned and I installed it thru Shopify.

The customer profile capture by “Vital Email Capture” does show up in Klaviyo, but it doesn't go into the Newsletter List. Eventhough I already integrate as follow:

 

 

I will take your advise to setup the private key, and try again. 

 

Nevertheless, I also contacted the VITAL customer support, hope they will response too. 

 

I just notice not only the Newsletter subscription not working, also the Add To Card info also not sending over to Klaviyo, so I can’t run the Cart Abudence Email flow. 

 

If there any alternative you can recommended and prevent working with Klaviyo I can use to replace VITAL?

Being integrated with Shopify will only send over Shopify specific data, not apps associated with Shopify.

If the users you’re collecting are directed into Vitals then you need to direct those to Klaivyo instead. I have never heard of this App so i’m unsure if they have an integration with Klaviyo. I would take @brendonbrown’s suggestion and contact their customer support to see how  you would direct those signups off platform and into Klaviyo, if possible.

If they are being added to Shopify, you might want to check your integration settings and make sure you’ve checked off that users who sign up in Shopify get directed to a list inside Klaviyo.
