INCORRECT PRODUCT SHOWING IN ABANDONED CART

Hi, I am not a coder not did I input any coding or URL into Klaviyo app used through Shopify. I have noticed that one product is displayed in every single flow sent to customers who have abandoned their cart. It is not relating to the product they have abandoned and it is the same product in every email?I cannot find any settings on the app I am using via Shopify and I have no idea how to fix it? Please help!

Klaviyo to WooCommerce Integration error in

Hi,I’m looking for some help if possible.Just wondering if it is possible to integrate WooCommerce to Klaviyo in a local environment? When attempting to do so i receive the error “We encountered an error while attempting to establish an integration between WooCommerce and Klaviyo. Details: Unable to access to provided url. 403 authorization error.I’ve tried the trouble shooting in the Help Center to no avail.Appreciate any help and thank you in advance.Cheers

Shopify Add to cart snippet stopped working/sending info

On 4/2 I installed the Klaviyo code snippet onto my Shopify store (Dawn theme). Snippet 2 accroding to their install guide is the one that worked for me. I tested and it seemed to work fine. But Shopify hasn’t sent any add to cart info to Klaviyo since my original test. I’m hoping someone knows why.I am using a bundle app called Fast Bundle and it was installed when I originally set up and tested the snippet.I have also unistalled and reinstalled the Shopify integration through Klaviyo to no avail. Can someone help me get this working?

How to add JudgeMe's review widget path to a dynamic URL

Hello, everyone.I believe my issue is simple to solve, but I don’t know how to do it yet.I’m creating a Review Collection flow for a Shopify store, and they use JudgeMe to collect reviews.For this flow, I used the “Fulfilled Order” trigger (not sure if it’s the ideal one), but I don’t know:1) What’s the trigger’s code that outputs the dynamic URL of the product the person ordered - Is it just the {{ event.URL }} code for that trigger?2) How to add “#judgeme” to the end of that dynamic URL - For it to open the product page already at the review widget, automaticallyCould someone help me?Thanks!

How to implement subscriber preferences into overall email strategy?

I want to allow my customers to update their email preferences to suit their needs as my clients brand is a seasonal product. When the customers update their preferences, how then do I adjust my sending so that it suits their preferences?I’d like to know how this works with respect to both flows and campaigns please. And how to actually implement this into Klaviyo.Thanks in advance for your help

Reviews aren't showing as Verified

We’ve used the flow to request product reviews from customers after they purchased but they are not showing up as verified purchases when the review is published in Shopify or in the CSV. Does anyone know what I can do to check for user error on my part, and hopefully resolve the issue for future ratings and reviews? Thank you!

Multiple Unbounce landing pages and linking to separate Klaviyo lists

Hello,I am trying to figure out a work-around for Unbounce and Klaviyo. I currently have them integrated using the webhook but any additional Unbounce landing pages I create all go to the same Klaviyo List. I would like them to be separated somehow. Any ideas on how to do this?Thanks!!

Fetching All Recipients of a Campaign Using the V2 Endpoints

Hello, In the Klaviyo V1 api we could fetch all the recipients for a given campaign using the following api: GET/api/v1/campaign/{campaign_id}/recipientsThere does not seem to be an equivalent in the v2 endpoints. Looking at the comparison chart here: https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/apis_comparison_chartIt suggests to use the following:GET/api/campaigns/GET/api/segments/{segment_id}/profiles/GET/api/lists/{list_id}/profiles/This doesn’t seem to allow us to recreate the same behavior as we could in V1. The campaigns endpoint returns a list of all campaigns. The segment endpoint gives you a list of all the profiles in a segment. And the list endpoint gives you all the profiles in a list.  A campaign isn’t necessarily associated with a list or segment as far as I can tell, and even so, just because a profile is an active member of a segment or a list, doesn’t mean that they received the email/sms from a campaign and it does not tell us the status.Am I misunderstanding the hierarchy

Question: Custom Product feed

I'm seeking a method to create a product feed that tailors recommendations based on previous purchases. For instance, if someone buys a t-shirt in size L, I'd like to display other shirts available in size L. Similarly, if a customer purchases a table, I'd like to suggest chairs that complement the table.Has anyone had experience with setting up product feeds with this personalized approach?

Exporting reviews not working?

I can’t seem to export reviews anymore. Klaviyo used to let us download the CSV file directly through the website portal but now it requires you to open an e-mail download link that they send to you.Unfortunately, the e-mail download link does not work and it only comes up with an empty file with the titles of the fields but nothing else in it.Does anyone else have this issue or know a fix?Regards,Luke

Setting Up Email Flows for "Added to Cart" That Load All Items

Hello everyone,I'm reaching out to the community to understand a recent issue we've encountered with our "Added to Cart" email flows in Klaviyo using Shopify. In the past, our flows were set up similarly to "Started Checkout" flows where each email would iterate over every item added to the cart, creating a detailed table of all products the customer showed interest in.However, we've hit a snag. Currently, when the "Added to Cart" event triggers an email, it only pulls one item, despite multiple items being added to the cart. This is in contrast to the "Started Checkout" trigger, where the iteration works flawlessly, listing all items in the checkout table.We've contacted Klaviyo support, and they're now indicating that the "Added to Cart" trigger will only ever show one item. This is puzzling because we have a history of "Added to Cart" flows that did exactly what we're trying to achieve now. How could we have multiple flows set up in the past that worked this way if it was never supp

'Add to Cart' Trigger - button has both ID and class?

I’ve gone through the tutorial, tried the original and both snippers 2 and 3 using the button ID and Class but neither are tracking Add to Carts. My button has both ID and Class. When I click the button Chrome highlights the Class code so I assumed it was that at first.Do I need to have Snipper 1+snipper 2 or 3? Which should I use? I’ve tried all combinations.Thanks!

My imported reviews have disappeared

Hi all,We’re very new to Klaviyo and are still getting set up. We previously used the Judge.Me app so I imported all our reviews from Judge.me to Klaviyo and all was well. Until yesterday. For some reason all our imported reviews seem to have disappeared. Should I just re-import?Wondering if anyone had had a similar issue.Regards,Rob J

Create Event API does not work as expected since revision v2023-07-15

Currently, I am using API revision v2023-06-15, and everything works fine for me in this revision.However, I want to upgrade my service to use the latest stable revision (v2024-02-15), but it seems it does not work as expected.The functionality of the APIs (Client and API) to create new events in Klaviyo within revision v2023-06-15 is particularly advantageous. In this version, a single request can achieve the following actions:Create or update a profile based on External ID, Email, and/or Phone Number. Is there a way to automate flow creation

Hello there,  I’m trying to setup a flow on klavyio, products are synced thanks to the Shopify integration but i also have my own app where i create custom metrics, lists, etc … . My problem is that in my app, i create a list and an event everytime certains conditions are met, I need to be able to automatically create a flow based on the metric (custom event saying that my preorders have pass 50% of the preorder objective) and my list (containing the users who manifested an interest towards this product), I cannot create flows myself for each list because there are a lot of products and that would be really time consuming, so here’s a way to do this or am i doing something wrong ?Thank you !

elevated 403 forbidden errors in the API

Hello,we are seeing in the last couple of hours sporadic errors coming from klaviyo get events API, mostly returning 403 status codes. it’s sometimes works, and sometimes returns 403 error... we couldn’t find anything in the status page but wanted to check if there’s anything we can do about it ?for what it’s worth we’re using the python sdk version 2.0.0any help would be appreciated

Sign up versus subscribers list

Hi,I have a shopify website and it is closed by a password. On that page I created a embed sign in form to collect phone numbers and ta goes to a list where every person that put their number on it will immidietly receive an SMS with a link in it to confirm their subscription.Secondly i want another sms to be sent to them when they complete the confirm subscription link. I need help configuring those 2 lists, dont know if i need to check double opt in or single… Please help me😄

Verizon Bounce Rate

We have recently experienced a very high bounce rate all of a sudden with Verizon users. This appears to have been an issue in the past, but I wanted to double-check the best practice for resolving this. Currently we have stopped sending to anyone with a Verizon email. Which of the following would be best to get this resolved ASAP?Create a segment of engaged Verizon addresses (who have opened an email in the past month) and send to this segment separately alongside our regular lists.  Create a Very highly engaged, highly engaged and engaged Verizon segment and start sending to each after a week (eg. week 1 only the very highly engaged, week 2 add in the highly engaged etc)?  Wait and see if it is a Verizon issue and try sending to Verizon customers in a day or two? My other question was, if we separate the engaged Verizon users, do we just stop sending to the unengaged ones indefinitely or is there a way to bring them back in eventually?  Thank you! (Aware there is a Klaviyo help docum

Adding review link into an existing flow

Hello!I've already given up on reviewing multiple products in one email, I would settle for reviewing just the first product. However, it simply refuses to work. When I preview it, it looks fine. Even when I send it as a test, it navigates there and looks good. However, when I do a test purchase and the email comes that way, the product image isn't there, and no matter how much I click on the stars, it doesn't navigate to the review page. Why? What am I doing wrong?
