Email profile avatar for sub domain created with NS records on CF

Hi there,I created a subdomain (e.g., send.mydomain.com) for email sending and set it up by adding “send” as the name for the NS record pointing to Klaviyo servers. However, I came across the following information regarding BIMI:Prepare your account for BIMI:BIMI Group requires several steps to ensure proper use and prevent sender impersonation:Implement SPF, DKIM, and DMARC with a policy of p=quarantine or p=reject. Prepare a logo that meets BIMI Group’s criteria. Trademark your logo and obtain a Verified Mark Certificate (VMC), which is required when sending to Gmail addresses.Unfortunately, we are ineligible for a VMC because our trademark is registered with an office that is not among the 17 recognized globally. This seems highly counterintuitive, but I’m still determined to add a profile picture to a custom subdomain. I’ve even tried opening a Google Workspace email with another subdomain, but that wouldn’t work since it's pointed to Google servers.What should I do? BIMI isn't an

How to fix SMS Carrier Violation issue?

We were sending SMS campaigns occasionally with no issues, then randomly one day we started getting flagged for SMS carrier violations (specifically shaft). We reviewed SHAFT and don’t seem to to have violated any of those requirements. So were in a grey area of how and why this happened.  Also chatted with Klaviyo support but they just give the generic answers and resources which is unhelpful.There wasn’t really a difference in the campaigns to determine what could have caused why we were flagged in one and not the other. No website links, no spammy verbage, no shaft violations. We did however have consistent numbers of failed deliveries of 50+ contacts, and spam complaints around 90+. Guessing this maybe could be the reason. Were were sending to roughly a 2,500 contacts. 2,000ish failed and it has been that way since with the couple of campaigns we have tried. What is even more weird… we sent another campaign after our last campaign failed and it went through just fine with no violat

font styling issues

I’ve already set my default font (Helvetica Neue) (under Content > images & brand)I want to set my body text as a certain color, and a different color for my Headers (h1, h2, h3, h4, etc) I’m editing inside my email under the Left Side Menu (Styles > Text and Headings > Heading 1I’m setting the color to #233571. It does NOT update. I dont see any updates happening with I use the left side menu to adjust styling. WHY? The color is defaulting to the “images & brand” color every time

Clients can't click on review photo to zoom

ERROR on Klaviyo: I cannot publish consent pages - any ideas how to resolve this problem?

Hello Dear Community of Klaviyo,may I kindly ask you if some of you came across a similar problem that I have and recently couldn’t publish consent pages? I have been trying to publish it since yesterday, but the same pop-up appears on the screen (please see the attached print-screen).Perhaps you have some ideas how to resolve this problem? Link Airtable to Klaviyo using Zapier: Single opt-in still sends out confirmation emails?

I used Zapier to link new entries in an Airtable base to Klaviyo. The goal is to auto-subscribe these contacts to our newsletter list in Klaviyo. In our newsletter list, ‘Single Opt-in’ has been selected for ages, yet our customers receive an email to confirm their subscription to the newsletter. I have no clue how to stop these confirmations from popping up.

Sending multiple abandonment emails to subscribers through add to cart, browse abandonment & checkout started flows

Hi everyone, I would love to know how best to setup abandonment emails to subscribers so I’m not spamming them. Based on the guide, I’ve set up the following flows:add to cart checkout started Browse abandonmentFor Add to cart flow, it’s triggered for every item that’s added to cart, hence multiple emails. My question is, how do I filter it so a subscriber will only get 1 abandonment email for the first item they add to cart and not complete purchase? For some of my subscribers, they are getting an email for every item they add to cart.I’ve turned on smart sending but this still happens.For the checkout started flow, how do I prevent them from getting this email if they’ve already received an abandonment email from the ‘add to cart’ flow? Or worse, after they’ve placed an order.Again, I’ve turned on smart sending but this still happens.For the browse abandonment flow, how do i only send this email to subscribers who have not received an email from the above 2 flows? I know you need to

Connecting Klayvio newsletter sign up to elementor form

Hello Klaviyo Community!I'm currently building a website for my client using WordPress and Elementor, and a top priority is capturing newsletter subscriptions that connect directly to a Klaviyo email list.I've tried various plugins (HT Mega Addons, MailOptIn, Updraft, AFI, and MailerLite), but I'm having trouble establishing a smooth connection between my Elementor form and Klaviyo. I attempted setting up a webhook URL, but I keep encountering error messages, even when using the correct API key and List ID format.Could anyone recommend the best approach, plugin, or integration setup for connecting an Elementor form to a Klaviyo list for capturing subscribers? Hybrid Email Template - not being able to add Sections

Hello All,I have added a Hybrid Email Template using the code supplied on this page:https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005254188It’s great and works with the new API, however I can’t seem to add a Section (whether a newly created one or a saved Universal one). The Layout options are not available (Columns and Sections) and the saved Universal Sections can’t be dropped in. All other content types are working well.Am I missing something here or is it not possible to add a section to a Hybrid email? I have googled and checked the help docs but no one seems to touch on this.Thanks for your time.

Issue with Shopware Integration via Overdose Digital: Profiles Marked as “Never Subscribed” on Signup

Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue with the integration of Klaviyo in Shopware using the Overdose Digital plugin.In my shop, we have an internal Shopware-provided form for newsletter signups. Users go through Shopware’s double opt-in process successfully. However, the subscription status in Klaviyo is not updated to “subscribed” as expected; instead, it remains as “never subscribed.”I would like the status to reflect as “subscribed” once the double opt-in process is completed, so these contacts are active for future email campaigns.Has anyone encountered a similar setup and found a solution? Or are there specific settings within the Overdose integration that need to be adjusted to ensure proper synchronization?Thanks in advance for your help!Best regards,Jens

Understanding webhook url and header.

 Lead scoring in klaviyo?4 different flows that adds certain amount of points to the lead score property value.I need help answering these 6 questions.But I won't seam to get it to work.The Json body is all done but that's about it. Tried reading but don’t understand Header? what to write? The business public api or make a private api? Change the "token" in the json body? If i want to remove points from the value, what word do I replace the “add” with?

Capturing ZIP / Postcode on signup form and adding to Profile

Hi Klaviyo peoples,Quick question on capturing ZIP (postcode) in a Sign Up form… and then seeing where it ‘lands’ when a Profile is created.I’ve got the form creating and it is sending through all the usual information through, as well triggering the email subscription confirmation. However, no matter how many variations on field I’ve tried, I cannot figure out how to get it to take the captured ZIP field and ‘add’ it to the Profiles being created.  Any tips most welcome!cheers...Al

My CTA button disappear on Outlook

Hi team, I’m desperated for your help.  I’m having some issues with the button display on Outlook - old version. In short, the black button on white background does not show up on old Outlook. Metric Failing: Form completed by profile

Hi There :) The Metric “Form completed by profile” stopped working a month ago on all our accounts. We use the klaivyo form as a “succes page” for subscribers. For example when they click “No thanks to product reviews”. This metric this usually created is also used to trigger flows and segments. example:<a href="{% update_property_link 'product_reviews' 'no' 'https://www.sinful.dk/#afmeld-produktanmeldelser' %}" style="text-decoration: underline; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"><span style="font-family: 'Plus Jakarta Sans', Verdana;">Frameld her</span></a> Does anybody know why it could have stopped working (At the same time accross 11 accounts). Thanks!

Subscribe Page URL is not working

Hi everyone. I am now trying to add email address to a existing email list. I use the subscribe page URL in the sign up form. I have done no change to it. After I submit the info, nothing is added to the email list. Please please someone tell why!!!!

Sign up form segment not working

Hello.. I’ve created a sign up form for early access for BFCM. I want to create a segment for people that have signed up but for some reason it’s not working. I signed up twice today to test it.. and on the form it says that there are 2 submissions today.. but my segment isn't picking up any profiles/members.. I really don’t know what I’m doing wrong

Right border alignment issue on mobile preview

Hello there, There seems to be a misalignment in my mobile view of the email, we are building the email using html, but upon checking, there’s no issue with out html codes but i believe it has to be something to do with Klaviyo template builder, the Section > Drop the content setting. Can someone pls help?
