Signup Froms -> Subscriber and subsequent confirmation email "Yes, I want to subscribe"

Created a subscription form for new subscribers on my website.

I would like to know if it is possible to prevent the user from receiving the subscription confirmation email to which he has just subscribed. Saving you a second confirmation from the user and making the flow go live right away.

The Signup Forms works fine, it takes the user to the selected list, but if I can save that email that asks the user again if they want to subscribe to my newsletter again. We all know how this saving clicking user works.
