How can I create a form that won't load until you click on teaser?
I have a sign up form I’d like to only show up if someone clicks on the teaser. So page loads → visitor clicks on the teaser -> sign up form shows up. If they don’t click on the teaser, the form doesn’t appear. I currently have the teaser set to show before displaying form, but the form appears regardless based on its own rules. I assume I have to use a custom trigger for this?

Do I always need email field in pop-ups?
Hello Klaviyo community,I have a doubt how we can collect data from existing customers via forms. We want to set up a pop-up to collect preferences about a new product release that will only be showed only to customers or people that are already in our email lists. Since we have already their email address I can omit to add the email field on the form? Klaviyo is able to detect who submitting the form and add answers into respective custom fields? I would like to keep the forms as simple and straightforward as possible to maximize the submissions, and I feel making people that are already subscribed submit their email address again will turn out to be an high-friction point. Thanks in advance for the help! Best,Jacopo
Why isn't my Popup displaying on WooCommerce Site?
Hello,I'm facing an issue with a Klaviyo popup on my WooCommerce website. Here's what I'm experiencing:The popup is only appearing on our "Create a profile" page, even though we have configured it to display for all visitors on all pages. This behavior is consistent even when accessing the site in incognito mode. We have set the popup to show after a time delay, but it's not working as expected. Here's the code snippet from our Klaviyo setup for the popup:window._klOnsite = window._klOnsite || ; window._klOnsite.push(['openForm', 'XXXXXX']); In my discussion with Klaviyo support, they informed me that the klaviyo.js snippet is not present on my website pages. They suggested that this snippet needs to be added to my theme to enable Klaviyo sign-up forms and track site activity on my website. However, I'm unsure how to manually add this klaviyo.js snippet. I also wonder if this requires adding or editing code in the header and footer of my site. The Klaviyo WooCommerce integration on m
Full Page Form (Klaviyo + Shopify)
Hello Klaviyo Community, I’m trying to build a opt-in landing page for my Shopify store. I have an embed and a pop-up, but I’d like to also have a stand-alone opt in. I read this help article: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/7417723679387 I created the anchor link as suggested but when I visit the URL, it just takes me to the home page of my store and after a while, the full page form appears. I have checked my targeting is to display immediately, so not sure why there is a delay or why it’d take me to the home page first instead of straight to the opt-in landing page. I would ideally just like a URL that holds the opt-in landing page and not go first to my home page and then only after a while show the full page opt-in. Anyone know where I’m going wrong? Thanks!
Sign up forms not going to lists
Hey there, So recently working on setting up a pop up to collect emails for my Newsletter. My site is not live and still tinkering with stuff. I’ve noticed when I collect an email it doesn’t get sent to the list that I want it to , but instead it just goes to profiles. How do I get Klaviyo to put peoples emails in the right spot ? When I built the popup I selected it to send the email to Newsletter, but it never shows up.. Thanks in advance!
How can I build my list before a new product launch?
Hello,I’m about to launch a new product and want to do a week of list building (SMS and email) the week before.I’m going to create an embed form to place on my site - promoting ‘sign-up to get early access to the launch’.So, a couple of questions:Can I collect both email and SMS in an embed form? I can’t see that I can in Klaviyo. If this is the case, what then is the best way to give people the option to subscribe to the communication they prefer (either email, SMS or both)? This is particularly important for driving leads from Instagram. Or, can I only offer one or the other (email or SMS) in an embed form? Should new subscribers go into my main newsletter list and then I create segments for the early access subscribers (by creating a property profile for them). Or… should I create a new list for the early access subscribers?I hope this all makes sense! Thanks so much (in advance). Cheers, Amy
How do I prevent customers from abusing the sign-up form?
Hi,I found a very similar thread dated from last year on this issue, which was given a great response.I am still not able to understand how to deal with customers who add random characters to their email address (Which gets accepted on the sign-up form as a new email) but gets directed to the recipients original email. (Gmail lets users do this). Is there a way for me to avoid customers abusing this?
Shareable Signup Form/Main List Link
My client wants to get a shareable link for our main list (Newsletter). I feel like we used to be able to do that but I am not seeing it under settings on the newsletter. Any advice for this? They want to share it on their social media and give it to their sales reps. Thanks!

I have a pop up from which I would like to pass page url information as a silent property so that the welcome email can mention that brand ( or even better shopify product vendor information ). Is this possible? Thanks in advance Sean

Why Doesn't Kaviyo Have Sign Up forms For Brick & Mortar?
I asked this same question 2 years ago. Many of us have brick & mortar locations and need/want to harness email addresses from shoppers & visitors. This is also an obvious feature needed for trade shows. We pay about $5000 a year and this is a HUGE missed opportunity for us. There is zero reason I can think of this is omitted as a development and/or standard feature. OnSpot Social is exactly what I am after, but really do not want to transition back to MailChimp . . . Klaviyo help . . . .
Hello, I am new and looking for some advice. To give some background, our website has 3 places within the theme to sign up/subscribe to emails. These areas make no incentive offer.I am now considering creating a pop-up offer for new subscribers which would then have a Welcome flow/offer code email series. My question is, what are best practices if you have these other areas on your site for subscribing?Does everyone get the offer regardless of where they entered their info? Do only the pop-up subscribers get the offer/coupon and the other get a general welcome email with no offer? Also technically .. is the best way to create this segment from the list with a separate welcome flow or create a filter based on source and use only one welcome flow?I suppose my concern if someone sees the offer but subscribes in another area of the theme (meaning has this ever caused customer service issues for anyone?)Any advice/ experience is greatly appreciated!

problem adding custom trigger to klaviyo form
I want to show/hide forms based on the traffic source.I have worked through Bing Chat and ChatGPT to generate the code sample, and I am certain it’s working. However, I have a question: can I use Google Tag Manager to add the custom JS code and set the form to fire across all pages, or do I have to manually add it to individual pages? My store runs on Shopify, FYI
Signup form: Sending emails
Hi,Tried to search for a solution, but yet to find. I’m not sure what I’m missing here...🙄We use signup forms in our site, one of the settings is “don’t show to existing profiles” but as you know cookies and etc plus if you are surrfing for example from an iPhone safary browser that are set to private the signup form will keep showing even to existing profiles. The journey is:1. Join our list and revcive promo code2. Fill the the fields in the signup form3. User is entering the Welcome series for new Subscriber. However, if an existing subscriber filled the signup to get a coupun (i’ts totally fine) he will not recive the email as he already been in the welcome seriesIm trying to figure out what wil be the best practice for sending them the email with a promotion code as if they are already prevoisly subscribed they will not enter the welcome series triggered by “join to list XYZ” Many thanks for any help!Ofer
Welcome sign-up pop up not appearing on my site
My sign-up pop up used to work with Shopify but it suddenly stopped. I’ve looked at all the targeting and it looks okay (I’ve even tried to make it visible to everyone but it still doesn't work). When I look at Integrations, Shopify is still on there so I’m unclear on why this sign up won’t show even though it’s live.Does anyone have any suggestions
Popup without sign-up field - possible?
Hi all, apparently Shopify is having some issues shipping items from multiple locations, where Shopify then accumulates shipping charges. Which frustrates 100s of shop owners. However, I'll keep it short.I decided, that products that are dispatched from a specific location/warehouse are now shipped for free.My idea is that once the customer opens that particular collection, they will get a popup notification that shipping is free for that collection. I don't want this popup to appear on my homepage/first page. I have tried using Klaviyo to create a signup form, delete the email field and the submit button, but this results in an error. Is there a way to do this setup with Klaviyo or do I need another 3rd party app?Of course you are also welcome to provide any other best-practice idea :) Thank you
