Why am I seeing an error the success message of my form?
Hello,
Regarding my exit intent pop up, while visitors submit their email, instead of getting a coupon code for discount,Success message gives an error message.
Frustrated visitors have started to call us and it is damaging our reputation.
Please let me know how to resolve it ASAP.

Adding to @retention’s awesome troubleshooting questions so far, can you confirm that the ‘submit’ button’s action in your form has a list chosen to add your users to upon form submission? In my experience, error messages can be experienced after form submission if a list hasn’t been chosen in the form builder. It would look like the screenshot below!

Can you share with us the following:
What error are you seeing? Can you share a screenshot or let us know exactly the “error message”
Is the coupon a static (same for everyone) or I assume a dynamic Shopify coupon?
Is the coupon code reference or match the proper Klaviyo Shopify coupon name? Is it delete from Klaviyo or from Shopify?
Let us know and maybe we can help further troubleshoot.
