Has anyone created an event payload for shipment tracking SMS messages?
Asking because I have shipment tracking events pushing to Klaviyo, yet I’m only sending Order # and an array of tracking numbers. I just no realized I need an URL, and I’m not sure how to structure the payload to include a return URL for the order number and each tracking number.
I’d love to see a screen shot of how you’re doing it.

Which ecommerce platform are you on or is this not specific to an ecommerce platform? If you look at some of the popular shipment tracking platforms, they provide a ton of data in the event payload.

If you are trying to replicate this, the other answer might simply be what information do you want to show/share on the Template besides the Tracking Numbers? Do you want to show images of the products? Do you want to have more explanations for the Shipment Tracking that might vary based on the carrier?
