SMS - how to get accurate subscriber list

Hello!I am looking at calculating the actual SMS subscriber count but noticing that the SMS list that I have doesn’t remove those have unsubscribed to SMS. This is my full SMS list I currently have our email pop up and embedded forms directing to this list.Is there a simple way to create this as a segment / report?Looks like the most accurate list i have would be recipients for past sends.Thanks in advance!

SMS not going through

Trying to tease a release but our SMS campaign literally didn’t send to anybody. Tested on just myself aswell. There’s consent with everybody I tried to send it to and it just didn’t go through. Kind of stressed right now bc now we have to delay this release because we can’t let any of our subscribers know of this information. Also this drained my credits while testing this out multiple times so that made it even worse. Would appreciate if there was a solution, Thank you.

SMS Not Delivering

Hello, we recently set up our SMS campaign but no text messages have been delivered since starting it. So far it lists that 58 were “skipped”. Some of these we understand like no consent, failed trigger or invalid number but the majority of them say “Missing Number”.  We tried to test this out with a few employees of ours and we put our numbers in and initiated the flow but we did not receive the SMS message. We received the emails that we are expected to receive but for some reason we have not had a single SMS message deliver to anyone. Any idea what’s going on and what we can do? SMS subscriber pop up

When a subscriber enters their phone number on my sms pop up located on my website, they never end up receiving a text or confirmation on the subscribing and that results in them never being able to subscribe. It says on the form that many people have submitted it, yet my sms subscriber stays the same. I have lost over 50+ potential subscribers because of this. Most likely will be moving to postscript so I do not end up losing more potential sms subscribers due to this bug.

I run a marketing agency and would like to run a simple SMS resurgence campaign where we contact old leads for a client. I would like the client to have a login/access to respond to those leads as well. Is that possible with Klaviyo?

Can virtual contact card MMS create a different message thread than your toll number?

Hello, anyone else have the issue of their SMS VCC card producing a different message thread than the one sent by your toll free number?  My SMS welcome flow has two SMS messages in it.  One SMS message contains a VCC card and one message contains some copy.  They produce different message threads in my phone. I can consistently reproduce this behavior by deleting my profile and triggering the flow again. I also have had colleagues reproduce the behavior The list that triggers the flow is double-opt in.

Configure or remove tap-to-text error when creating pop-up sign up form

I am trying to create a sms & email multi step sign up form and cannot publish the form as I am receiving the following form alert: “Configure or remove tap-to-text - Make sure you have compatible SMS numbers for your account to use tap-to-text.”We have just set up SMS on the account and the SMS settings are all active and correct. Would just like som guidance on how to proceed with fixing this error so that we can start collecting numbers via the sign up form.Thanks!

I’m trying to build a client side subscription using the new Client API and wondering if its possible to collect SMS consent.The documentation here doesn’t include any reference to SMS consent:https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/create_client_subscriptionHowever the API documentation here says it should be included in the attributes object when posting to ‘a.klaviyo.com/api/profile-subscription-bulk-create-jobs’:https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/collect_email_and_sms_consent_via_api#subscribe-a-profile-via-api"subscriptions":{ "email":[ "MARKETING" ], "sms":[ "MARKETING" ]}But the Create Client Subscription documentation (first link) specifically doesn’t include ‘subscriptions’ as an option in the documentation, so I’m working if this has simply been overlooked or is it not possible?

Please stop deleting SMS conversations for merged accounts

Hi there, Can Klaviyo please stop deleting SMS conversations for profiles that were merged manually or automatically?I have reported this situation several times and every time I was told “it was going to be looked into” but, of course nothing happened. You have a customer that subscribes to a list via SMS, they send SMS then make an order on the website.After the order is made, Klaviyo automatically merges the profile (based on the phone number) then poof! Their SMS conversation magically disappears and you can’t get in touch via SMS (unless you create a campaign?! just for this individual).This is just one example.Profiles can be merged manually and automatically by Klaviyo and every time this happens, their SMS conversations disappear from the conversations page and the only way to check the history is to spend a lot of time analyzing tens of not hundreds of activities on their profiles. Klaviyo Popup integration with PostScript

Hi, I have a Klaviyo Desktop pop-up form that I thought I integrated with Post script following these guides: 1. https://help.postscript.io/hc/en-us/articles/1260804685189-Link-a-Klaviyo-Form-or-Popup#Set-Up-Your-Klaviyo-Desktop-Form-or-Popup 2. https://help.postscript.io/hc/en-us/articles/1260804630390-Grow-Your-List-with-Klaviyo-Forms-and-Popups#Link-Your-Klaviyo-Form-Popup-or-Banner It wasn't clear what I will put in my Call to Action Button but I'm directing it to my SMS Klaviyo List (Although after testing this List does not populate with the new mobile signup). I didn't check the SMS Consent as this will not allow me to publish the form since I'm not using Klaviyo SMS feature. I tested this pop-up and my mobile number was subscribed to Postscript (after I replied Y).  Here are my questions: 1. How do I track the signup rate for Email and SMS?- I see in Klaviyo that my form did not reflect the email and mobile number signup rate. So I'm not sure how I will track it??- Here's a sni

We have a newsletter sign-up form with an option to sign up to receive SMS messages as well. We provide a dynamic discount code in the newsletter welcome email series flow. Is there a way I can send that same discount code via SMS to any users who also sign up for SMS?Thank you!

Is a Suppressed Profile part of the "existing Profile" in sign up form targeting?

Hi, I just wanted to get clarity on the above. I have a new SMS sign up form that I want to only show to my current email subscribers and exclude SMS subscribers. I’m asking because there’s an option in Sign up form Targeting that says: Show to any existing profile And I’m not sure if that includes the suppressed profile? Here’s my current set up: This is the targeting I thought of for my new SMS sign up This is the definition of my “Email Subscribers” segment which are all not suppresed Thank you for any clarification!

New SMS subscriber flow not working - coupon text not sending

I have a coupon for free shipping I want to send via SMS when someone signs up for the SMS list (it is set to double opt in).I made a sign up form for the website and a flow series. The trigger is “when someone signs up for SMS Subscribers” and there is one SMS message containing a short message and coupon code. When I publish the form and flow series the form works and the user receives the double opt in texts, however, they are not receiving the flow coupon text.How can I fix this?

How can I create a SMS flow based on a specific subscribe keyword?

I’m trying to set up a SMS subscription keyword that will trigger a different welcome message than my normal one -- essentially having customers text in a keyword that will 1) add them as subscribers, 2) send them a custom message with a coupon code and a link to the product they’re texting about.I can’t set up a flow that’s triggered by becoming a new subscriber + filter for the keyword in their message, since those are two different metrics (became subscriber + sending SMS), and filtering for the keyword in their message doesn’t seem to work in the tests I’ve done. If I make an automated keyword in Settings, I can’t add a link to the special product. So far, it looks like the best I can do is to make a new subscriber/welcome flow that’s only live for a short period of time, which is a huge hassle. Our texting number is verified and has been used previously, so that’s not the issue.  Has anyone else had this issue and figured out a way around it?

API (via make.com) getting [400] Invalid phone number format - but I'm not updating the phone number!

Hi, i wonder if anyone can lend me some assistance (I’ve messaged support also)I am new to Klaviyo - migrating from mailchimp and so far so good!However I am running into an issue trying to update a single profile property across all my contacts via a make.com module.  (API)I created a scenario which successfully updated 377 profiles correctly with my desired property taken from my CRM database (Airtable)However, all of a sudden I started getting the error: [400] Invalid phone number format (Example of a valid format: +12345678901)I am NOT trying to update the phone number and this field has been left blank (which as i said worked for the first 377 times!) I have also tried putting my own phone number (in the correct e.164 format) and still get the error.I tried putting “null” in the phone number field and this also throws the error. I saw a post about needing to set up SMS in Klaviyo settings (which i don’t want or need!) so I have gone through all the steps I am able to do this and m

Is there a way to automated rebuild frequently re-ordered products via SMS?

I’m trying to find a solution to help improve the ordering process for a simple product that is a commodity and customers often re-order it. I’d like to promote something like ‘Text ‘GAS’ to 0411 123 456’ then trigger an automation based on that keyword that checks or collects the customer’s details, creates a unique checkout link and sends it to them to place an order. So for instance, the flow would work something likeDoes customer have existing order? Why does my SMS list say they are not subscribed or opted in? How do I fix that?

I have subscribers coming in through zapier where they are subscribing to emails and SMS, yet they only come into Klaviyo as subscribed to email. How do I fix this and get my current list onto my SMS as well as those new contacts subscribing?
