Hi,

 

I’m doing work for a U.S. alcohol brand, and I’m trying to set up SMS opt ins. From what I’ve read it looks like Klaviyo doesnt support SMS opt in age gating for SHAFT brands. Does anyone know of a 3rd party app that integrates with Klaviyo to be compliant? Or, do we have to move off Klayvio to another platform?

Thanks for sharing this question with us.

At this time, SHAFT content is not allowed with Klaviyo SMS; therefore you’d have to use another SMS provider who allows it.

Hey @theinternet@Stephanie CCC did you consider using this new service called Oporoo? Hooks directly into the flows in your Klaviyo account to trigger sending sms messages.

My company also follows under the SHAFT category. 
 

The 3rd party integration platforms that work with Klayvio that I’m considering are Voyage and Emotive. i have meetings set up with them for next week. 
 

Those both integrate with the other platforms we use.
