The logic filter email partial flow

Hi there, I'm concerning about the to do partial fullfill logic to send the email properly to customer, the logic like that:If I want filter to see if the order has been partially fulfilled before, to adjust the email message accordingly.On the contrary, with the partial order fulfilled event, I want to filter to see if the order is partially fulfilled, is it the final tracking, or is there still other tracking yet to be fulfilled to adjust the message accordingly?Can someone suggest me the filter condition to do this, thanks so much

Removing Specific Product from Abandoned Cart Flow

Hey fam, I have a shipping protection upsell that I use for a shopify store. I have noticed that the email flows have been including this as a product and reminding people to come back and buy it from their cart + the product they had in mind.Is there any way to prevent this from happening? or exclude the protection from this flows?Thank you in advance, Sebas.

Exiting Abandoned Cart Flow and Profile Property Update

I have a two questions regarding an abandoned cart flow—(1) My question (which I THINK the answer is yes) is: If I set “Checkout Started zero times since starting this flow” as a “Profile Filter” on the initial “Trigger”, this will be checked before each action?So, if a user buys after email 1, they WILL NOT receive email 2. OR, do I have to add that same filter (“Checkout Started zero times since starting this flow”) in the “Additional Filters” section of each email action card? (2) Further to this, I have a “Profile Property Update” action at the beginning and end of each flow—“(Exclude) In Flows BOOL”—so I can identify users currently in a flow. So, If I have a sale email etc., those people do not get this email interrupting their flow. I seem to have a lot of people (too many) in this segment atm so I think there’s a bug, namely: If (1) above is true and the “Profile Filter > “Checkout Started zero times since starting this flow” on the initial trigger is checked prior to each s

How to stop coupon email from being delivered to spam?

Hello,I have 2 questions as below:(1) Per my test on my own gmail email address, I found my coupons being delivered to spam. So how do I stop my coupon emails from being delivered to spam?(2) Once the visitor on my website enters their email address, how do I set-up a message popping up as “Please check your SPAM folder if you don’t see our coupon delivered to inbox as sometimes our coupon emails do end up there”? Any best practices to notify the visitor about this without raisin any red flags related to spam considering the fact that some customers might think I am sending them spam emails which I am obviously not. I would appreciate your response, thanks!

Events for internal alerts in flow

Hi there,I’d like to set up a flow that functions like an abandoned cart flow, but instead of emailing the customer it creates an internal alert that emails members of the team so that we can reach out personally to these potential donors. The issue I’m having at the moment is the way I’ve set it up it sends an internal alert, but I’m assuming by default these email alerts won’t have any information other than letting us know a user has an incomplete donation.I’ve set up a flow that adds a profile property to users who begin donating to us but then don’t complete payment, is there a way I can use event tags or some other method so that the email contains the details of the user who triggered the flow? Edit: Added how the flow is currently looking to (hopefully) clarify.

WINBACK FLOW NOT PERFORMING WELL

HI-My winback flows are not performing well. I checked our analytics for each winback flow and nothing seems to be working. We have no open and click rates. We did the back populate trigger as well for customers who had orders last from x number of days.Is there anything that we did wrong or should add to show data from old customers who have opened our win back emails? Thanks

Two codes not being sent when customer buys two of the same item

Hi everyone, I am very new to this and my jargon isn’t great.  Apologies if I don’t explain this well.  We just launched our Perfume brand and our website (Shopify store) went live last week. Through Klayvio I set up a unique code to be sent to customers who buy our sample pack.  It was set up as a flow with an email that contains a unique code that is sent to the customer when they buy the Sample pack.   It works but we didn’t anticipate that people would buy two sample packs.  What’s happening is they are being sent one email with one coupon code and it should be two separate codes.  Is there a fix around this for the future?  For my current customers, do I just send a manual second code?

Create a wishlist flow

Hello ! I have installed Wishlist King and I have created a trigger to start a wishlist flow (decscription of the trigger below). Now, I want to send an email in which people can see the articles they have in their wishlist. I would like to add in the email,  a picture of the product, the title and the price. I have created a dynamic block and here are the details of the codes. But when I try to preview the email, nothing appears. Here are the screenshots. I tried to modify with the instructions in the abandonned cart flow but it does not work. Can you help me ? Thank you !

Pop up and button link

Hi,Klaviyo pop up has been freezing my website for the last 6 months. Thus I’ve removed it. When the pop up appears and we close it (with the X or by clicking next to it), we can’t click on anything anymore.As they don’t find the solution to fix it, I came with a plan B. Building a landing page on my Shopify and now I want to link the button to collect the emails to Klaviyo. Here too, it seems they have no idea how to do that.The way they suggested (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4418052317339) is not working.Anyone to support with a solution for both?Thanks

Emails not sent although flow is live

I recently changed the status of a review flow to live. In the trigger preview, I can see that all correct profiles are marked “pass”.. i.e. they shall enter the flow. In the performance view of the first Email after the trigger, it shows zero reciepents.. Can anyone shed some light into darkness and enlighten me, what could I be missing here?Thanks a lot

Lead to active customer

Hi there, We’re currently setting up our lead campaign and within the segment there is a rule that the customer property doesn’t equal ACTIVE (stripe status). Is this enough for someone to drop out of a lead flow and into our welcome subscriber flow should they subscribe during the flow? Or are there other rules within the flow that need to be set?We only want them to receive the on boarding flow.Thanks,Annabelle

Hi, I am wondering if there is an opportunity of showing products on backorders in product recommendation feed? I am using WooCommerce.As product quantity is set to 0, Klaviyo considers the product is out-of-stock. How do I see which member of a team edited or sent a campaign?

Hi All,  I’m hoping somebody can help, I’m struggling to find what I think is a fairly standard feature… I can’t find anywhere where it says who in the account has edited or sent a campaign? We now have 5 members in the team who are able to setup and edit campaigns for our marketing. Yet when I look, I can’t see who sent a specific one or who made the last edit.  I know you can do this easily on MailChimp and DotDigital, but I just don’t know if I’m being blind.  Can somebody point me in the right direction please?

trigger and conditional split

hi,I am trying to set up a replenishment flow based on a custom property ‘weight’. I collect customer input with a sign up form on this property where customer can fill in the values weight_1, weight_2 or weight_3. I am using this data in a conditional split.I am struggling with the time delay of 3 different replenishment emails:Send customer with weight equals weight_1 a replenishment email 60 days after he/she placed an order Send customer with weight equals weight_2 a replenishment email 30 days after he/she placed an order Send customer with weight equals weight_3 a replenishment email 20 days after he/she placed an orderCould you please help me out? Cheers

Flow not triggering when customer added to list

Hi. I’m having issues with an email flow where the trigger is customer added to a segment list. we have a recycling drive and therefore I want to customers once of the items have been returned from recycling to do a separate mailing list to receive a discount code to purchase items with us. The best way to do, this would be to create a flow where the code could be followed up with reminders to purchase before code expiry. I am in a static code, not a dynamic code when I manually add customers to this list, they are not captured in the flow. i gratefully appreciate any help in resolving this issue. thanks carrie

Why is the number of opens less than the number of clicks in campaign?

I created a campaign, and in the recipient activity, why have some people not opened the email but still clicked on the links in the email? The number of people who opened the email is shown as less than the number of people who clicked on the email links. My understanding is that one needs to open the email to click on the links in it.

large number of skipped emails

i set my checkout abandonement flow under the guidance of klaviyo but i found that large number of emails are getting skipped in abandoned cart flow and found no reason. i checked my settings and everything was right. i even asked for klaviyo’s customer service for help but this issue still existed. my setting of flow is as pictured and need a quick help. thanks!

Hi, I have an issue where when I send test emails out for my campaigns and email flows, it would direct to “This site can’t be reached”. This has never happened before and I can’t seem to find a fix to it. Would appreciate any help!

What should my revenue be by flow?

Hi everyone,Here is what I am NOT asking: what % of my total revenue should come from email?Here is what I AM asking: within Klaviyo, what is the breakdown of revenue by flow…?This is where I am at today...in the last 30 days I have made $12,000 from my welcome series, but just $1,200 from campaigns…I have 12 flows running, but almost all the revenue coming in is from the Welcome Series...everything else is negligable…Can others who are further along please tell me what is normal?! Thanks!

Un-suppressing profiles after a sunset flow

Hello! We just launched a sunset flow that asks customers if they still want to be on our list; it is sent to profiles who have been on the list for 180 days or more, but haven’t opened or clicked an email in the last 180 days. The email promises a coupon if they click the “Keep Me On The List” button. If they click the button, they are added to a segment, which triggers the coupon. So far, this process is working fine.The sunset flow adds a profile property of Unengaged = Yes (this is a text field, not a Boolean) to any subscriber who has not opened or clicked the button within 10 days of receiving it. My plan was to suppress anyone with the Unengaged profile property. However, I'm not sure of the best way to make sure profiles are un-suppressed if they click the “Keep Me On The List” button AFTER the 10 days has passed.My initial thought was to create a conditional split on the flow that triggers the coupon, so that if their profile has Unengaged = Yes, it is updated to Unengaged = R
