Added Admin User in Setttings but they didnt get the invite?

 I’m trying to add a new user to the admin in Account Settings.  I’ve sent her several invitations and it’s not showing up in her inbox or SPAM. Who can help me fix this?

Thanks for joining our Community! To troubleshoot this process, please confirm the following steps:

  1. Check your Junk/Spam folder
  2. Please search for the subject “New Account Invitation”
  3. Check any filter or firewall settings as it may have been filtered.
  4. Add to your contacts and please retry to send the message.
  5. Check the Promotions Tab if this is in Gmail​​​​​​

If none of the above resolves the issue, use another email address for verification and run through the steps again with that email address if necessary. Once you have that email verified, you can add the original email to the account by following the steps here and also remove the other email address if you wish.
