I’m not getting the 2-step authentication code to log into my Klaviyo account. So I’m locked out of my account and I can’t ask for a support ticket because I am locked out of my account. How do I get back in. Very Frustrating.

Hello ! I am having a similar problem. I want to give access to my klaviyo account as new user to a talent that will work on my klaviyo campaigns and I am not receiving access codes emails. Wonder why. need help with this please.

I can see that you have also opened a ticket with our support via this external form and choosing the account access dropdown option . Happy to see you’re getting help to fix this!
