When you log into the Partner Portal, in the top right under Quick Links you should see the ‘Get Partner Referral Link’

Additionally, you can reach out to the partner team at partners@klaviyo.com and they will assist you any issues you are having. 

There is also the option to Register a Lead. This can be found be found on the left hand side, under the handshake icon.

Thanks but I’ve already been to the quick links. When i click the referral link it takes me to sign up for Klaviyo...tried multiple browsers. Add a lead in this case won’t work well because I am trying to use a link for a project. Thanks

The Referral Link is a sign up form as you would normally copy this URL and give it to your Client.

Is your Client an existing Klaviyo Customer and you want to Link them to your Partnership for managment?
