13 campaign emails were sent in the month of October, 2025. It was sent to few segments, but when checking the ‘Lists & segments section, I don't see any segments. There are 8 users in this account. So, I wanted to check if anyone has deleted the segment. But the activity log also doesn’t show data before November 11, 2025. Is there a common reason for this, or another way to access historical segments?
