Hello. If the customer left products in the shopping cart and abandoned it, is there any way I can see which products those were and send a reminder email with those exact products and a link to resume the order?"

@PaulaKobrinsky, As @Akers Digital mentioned, indeed this is how all of these flows work.

I think the most important thing to understand is that each of these events, abandoned cart, viewed product etc etc are sending a lot of additional information to Klaviyo. Product information, images, prices, etc etc.
The great thing is that you can then use this information, info that's included in an event, in an email to display products, images, links etc.

I does take some getting to know Klaviyo but there are pre-built templates that can help you with this.

Yes, there are a couple of options for that! Which platform are you on? Shopify? 

 

You can set up a Browse Abandonment Flow and a Checkout Abandonment Flow. Klaviyo has a couple of these templates all built out which makes set up really easy. Here are a couple of articles to help too.
