When creating a newsletter using the campaign section I’ve encountered two issues:

 

  1. In some test recipients emails the subject line is from an old email and the content is from the template I inserted. The majority of testers received the correct email.
  2. Some testers who have been testers for over a year suddenly aren’t getting our test emails.

I can’t see why this is?

I was able to see that you already have a support ticket open for help with this. Since this seems like a bug, please follow up with the support team so they can look directly into your account to try to replicate what you are experiencing so they can provide a solution quickly for you.
