Hi, I'm trying to test an EDM I want to send out this afternoon. However it only sends to my email address in Yahoo, and not my work email address in Outlook. I can't also send it to my boss in Outlook to approve either and I'm not sure why.

It’s likely Outlook was foldering/blocking your email based on some custom filters you or your company have in place to try and limit spam from coming through. Something to keep in mind when testing is that you might not get an email, not because Klaviyo didn’t sent it, but because your email client (outlook) rejected it.
