I thought I would be just advocating for Klaviyo, but the Champions program has expanded my horizons so much more than I could have anticipated. I've been able to action solutions I never would have dreamed of without learning from my peers. Sharing my own knowledge has pushed me to think outside the box in order to help the wider community which in turn has led to optimizations for my own business I never would have considered.

When I joined the program 3 years ago, I thought it would be a great way to stay updated on Klaviyo, have the opportunity to hear other people's challenges, and that would give me more exposure to strategically think and offer alternative solutions. But, it's been much more than that: new connections made, collaboration with other Champions, and support from Klaviyo. It feels like a very tight-knit family with different ideas and goals, but all passionate about helping each other succeed with Klaviyo.

Being a Champion has allowed me to make my mark on the industry and to start profiling myself as a thought leader within the wider marketing community on LinkedIn and other socials. The level of support from the Klaviyo team has exceeded my expectations. They are honestly invested in making this program exceptional, and it shows!

The opportunity to give back to other Klaviyo users is a meaningful benefit. What really won my deep passion for this program, though, is the ability to collaborate with Klaviyo as they work to improve the software as well as the sense of community that's built each year between the Champions. Having a trusted "inner circle" of people who are really good at what they do and deeply understand Klaviyo is this wonderful safe space where we can bring our hardest questions and challenges and get answers that are genuinely helpful.
