Hi,

My client has a subscription option which entails recurring payments. Is it possible to create an email with a dynamic date that will remind the customer of when (exact date) they will be charged?

Thank you!

Hey! Welcome to the community.  I love this, we use dynamic dates on messages with coupon codes.

I believe this how-to on calculating and displaying a future date is what you’re looing for:

https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005257788-How-to-Format-Date-Variables-in-Templates#calculating-a-future-date3

This advice is great, but can I ask a question that will add a twist to it? The Shopify site I’m setting up offers subscriptions to magazines in 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year subscription plans (via Recharge). How can I reference the Recharge subscription plan length (plus some if-then statements) to calculate a variety of rebilling dates 1, 2, or 3 years into the future?
