Hi,

I’m working on setting up a new abandon cart flow and seem to be:

  • Pulling in multiple events for the same customer (see attached images)
  • Pulling in ImageURL different across the two event profiles
    • Therefore rendering the product image in one of the emails invalid
  • Sending out more than one email to a single customer for the same event

Has anyone run into this issue before?

@sharank - Welcome to the community!  For what I can tell from your screenshots, the “Added to Cart” metric is a Custom Metric that you or your developers implemented in Shopify to pass that data to Klaviyo.  Since it’s a Custom Metric, whatever data is passed into Klaviyo is determined by the code that implemented it. 

Klaviyo does have a good guide on implementing the “Added to Cart,” so I would point your developers to that guide to make sure all the expected data is passed in consistently.  Here’s the link for that:
