If I send a link in an email for a certain page in my website to a customer, can I track the customer behavior whether they clicked this link or not. And if yes, can I track the activities done after clicking this link?

Choose the email campaign you want to track and check Metrics 


To track the activities done after clicking the link, you can set up a flow in Klaviyo that triggers when a customer clicks the link.

In the flow, you can add various actions based on the customer's behavior, such as sending them a follow-up email, adding them to a segment, or updating their profile.

Thanks for the question! What type of activities are you trying to track? And for how long post click? Just during that initial session? Or anything after?
