I’m pleased to announce the winner of our March 2023 Developer Challenge!

As the first to submit a valid response to our challenge@sourabh takes home the grand prize with this excellent answer:

 

How can you automatically send a personalized email to an online customer 2 weeks after check-out to inform them of your nearest brick-and-mortar (in-person) store, based on the customer's ship-to zip code?

First of all, we create a segment of all users who are residing within 5 miles of a physical store using 'Someone's proximity to a location' as shown in the screenshot. We can add multiple store locations using OR condition. Next we will tag profile of those users who reside within those zones of retail locations. Next, we will trigger a flow with Placed Order metric that shoots an email 14 days after an order is placed. We will add a conditional split to filter out those users who are staying close to the retail stores.

 

As promised, Sourabh has earned this king-of-the-hill-style pinned article at the top of the Developer Group until (or if) someone can dethrone him in a future challenge. Here are some more details about our current winner:
