In a Campaign, we include external links different from our domain for webinars. When a recipient receives the email these urls are different! It seems like a redirection. For example, we insert urls like attendee.gotowebinar.com/… and we receive email with urls like trk.klclick.com/…Do you know why it happens that? It causes an issue as these campaigns are blocked from many recipients’ email service.
Dear community, when a user is signing up for our newsletter, he automatically gets an email with the subject “Confirm your Subscription” and a link within the mail to confirm. I need to edit the content of the mail into German and add some features. Does anybody know how to do this? Thanks and best wishes,Marcel
You’re designing your email, and all you want is to have two images side by side, but how do you do it? Well, there are 2 ways:Use columns. In the Klaviyo email editor, choose Add Columns to Email and drag it to where you would like your images to be. It will populate with text blocks by default. Drag in your image blocks and delete the text blocks if you don’t plan to use them. This method will allow you to easily include 3-4 images in a row and can be used with any content type. using columns to add images Use a Split. In the editor within the block options choose Split and drag the block to where you want your images to be. The Block Tab will show a column editor. Under Layout/Types > Content change the dropdown for both columns to “image”, then click into each column tab to upload your images. This method allows you to adjust the width of your images easily after adding the split if you want one to be wider than the other. using splits to add images Have any other questions a
Hi everyone, I’ve been having a problem using the code to insert the customer’s first name into my emails. It seems like it works some of the time, and other emails I end up seeing just have a blank space. I sent out a holiday sale email this morning, and when I saw my copy, I realized it was just a blank space where the first name should be. This is very disappointing, embarrassing, and makes my emails look unprofessional because there is a comma, a space, and then an exclamation mark rather than a name inserted. Does anyone know how to ensure that the first name is always going to appear properly? Thank you,Meryl
If you have an ecommerce integration added to your Klaviyo account, you’ll see both Placed Order and Ordered Product events in your account. But what is the difference and why does Klaviyo include both?Placed OrderEvery order in your e-commerce store will generate one Placed Order event for the entire order. This event will include all line items, the value of the order, the categories or collections the products are from, item count, and other important information that pertains to the entire order. Placed Order value will equate to the total order value, including shipping and any applied discounts.Ordered ProductOn the other hand, Ordered Product events occur for each individual item ordered. These events don’t include information about the overall order, but have more detailed information about the individual item purchased, such as sku, or different variations and product attributes. The information included in this event will vary based on your ecommerce platform. If a customer o
Signup forms are an extremely useful tool when creating an on-site experience for your customers! You’ve worked hard to design the perfect form and just as you’re getting ready to publish it to your store, you realize you selected the wrong list to direct subscribers to (we’ve all been there!).Luckily, Klaviyo makes it easy to change the list your form is directed to in two quick steps:In the form editor, click your form’s CTA button. This will open a new menu on the left-hand side of the screen Click the dropdown next to the List to Submit section and choose your new list! Once you’ve made the change, remember to set your form to Live mode and click the Publish button!
There are many reasons you might want to provide a phone number for customers to reach you at, and it’s a great way to keep an open line of communication with your customers if you offer phone support. So how do you easily share that with a customer in an email? There are two ways you can add a click-to-call link to your emails:Add it as linked text. If you mention your phone number within a text block, you can hyperlink it to your phone number by adding the following HTML to your text block’s source code: <a href="tel:+18881235467">1-888-123-5467</a>. Add it as a button. Drag and drop a button into your message. Add an appropriate call to action in the Button Text field, and instead of a Link URL, add “tel:+18881235467” Be sure to replace the example number with your own number, and keep the same formatting as in the example.
Klaviyo automatically applies the necessary SPF (sender policy framework) and DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail)records when you have a dedicated sending domain set up for your account. When the CNAME records are added to your DNS, a subdomain is created and delegated over to Klaviyo to control and make use of. At this point, Klaviyo automatically adds the necessary SPF/DKIM records to set your account up to send emails using your own dedicated domain. On your end, you only need to add the prescribed CNAMEs; no records are required. For additional resources, you can learn How to Set up a Dedicated Sending Domain in this article.
Manually suppressing a profile in Klaviyo is pretty simple. To manually unsubscribe someone from all emails sent by Klaviyo, navigate to Profiles > Suppressed Profiles > Add Email Address. Enter the email address and select Add Email Address. This method is what we’d recommend for suppressing a single profile at a time if, for example, a customer requested that you remove them from your list. If you are looking for more information on how to suppress multiple profiles at once for list cleaning, check out our article on how to identify and suppress unengaged profiles. If you have any questions about this process, post below and let’s discuss!
Hello,In my email content in Klaviyo, I added a product block into the email. Right now i can link the products either from the feed or from the catalog. It shows the products ok with only 1 product price. I would like it to show 2 product prices, one is for regular price with a strike across it and the second one is the discounted price . I can’t seem to figure this out or if Klaviyo even support it. Anyone here know how to do this or if you know this is even possible in Klaviyo? Thanks

Hi! I want to be able to re-create a survey in Klaviyo that we had created in Mailchimp. It was a live page and embedded in emails. Has anyone done this here or I will need to try and use a 3rd Party like Typeform or Survicate to achieve this? Here’s the simple survey and rating request we are trying to recreate here:https://us20.list-manage.com/survey?u=2f1317f68627303562cc51de8&id=dfdcf433af&attribution=false Since migrating, this is the last piece we just can't seem to sort out. I contacted support 2 weeks ago via message (the chat links don’t work for me in Chrome or Safari to contact them directly), and haven’t received a response.
Hello guys!I’ve been trying to see how I can add a background image for a text block like below (I saw this sample from the holiday show). Screenshot from The Holiday Show I couldn’t find a way to do this so I was hoping someone can teach me? Is it via custom HTML?Thank you!
Hello, I’m trying to export HTML template from Canva into Klaviyo (Email Template) I’m able to copy the code from Canva and paste it into Klaviyo along with the unsubscribe tag. I end up with a total of 17 lines and am able to see the preview with no problem. The problem comes in after I save, exit out, and try to preview again. I view the code in Klaviyo and it has 14 lines instead of 17.Can anyone help in this matter? I can (17)<html> <body> <p><div style="position: relative; width: 100%; height: 0; padding-top: 141.4286%; padding-bottom: 48px; box-shadow: 0 2px 8px 0 rgba(63,69,81,0.16); margin-top: 1.6em; margin-bottom: 0.9em; overflow: hidden; border-radius: 8px; will-change: transform;"> <iframe style="position: absolute; width: 100%; height: 100%; top: 0; left: 0; border: none; padding: 0;margin: 0;" src="https:/&#x2F;www.canva.com&#x2F;design&#x2F;DAETyVyeYM0&#x2F;view?embed"> </iframe></div><a href="https:&
Rather new to Klaviyo and am trying to find a solution to adding a Forward to a Friend link or button at the bottom of our emails. Some platforms have widgets or block with this functionality built in, but Klaviyo does not appear to, and I have had no luck finding a solution to this in the Help Docs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Multi-account is a feature built for clients who want to integrate multiple stores in Klaviyo using one login. To use this feature, you need to create a separate Klaviyo account for each store using the same email address and password. This allows you to track each account without having to log out and log back in using a separate email address. Rather, you can toggle between accounts through the switch option on the upper right of their account. The multi-account feature also extends to your team. Any member on the team can be added as a new user to multiple accounts with their primary address. Once added, the team member will have the ability to toggle between each account on the upper right corner, similar to how the account owner would toggle.Learn more about Multi-Account User Privileges here.
Hello! I’m currently building my website and it’s my first time using Klaviyo with Elementor Pro.Website: Film CerealI’m using Woo Commerce and Elementor Pro as my theme builder. I chose this because it said it has seamless integration with Klaviyo. I’d like to use Elementor Forms to design my popups and newsletter signup forms because Klaviyo has very limited customization for non-developers (i don’t code). I followed a tutorial by Thong Nguyen and used his plugin Include Klaviyo for Elementor.I followed his steps but when I tested, it wasn’t working. It says that the “submission” has been made but the confirmation email never arrives and nothing is added to the list.Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Klaviyo currently supports only one integration of any type within a single Klaviyo account. If you have more than one ecommerce store of the same type, you will need to create a Klaviyo account for each store. If you have more than one store, and each is supported by a different platform, it is technically possible to integrate all stores with the same Klaviyo account. However, we highly recommend against this option in order to streamline data analysis and prevent confusion amongst metrics with flows and segments. We don’t provide a way to separate stores within a single Klaviyo account. For more information on the multi-account setup that we recommend, head to this Community conversation on the topic or the Multi-Account User Privileges article. If you are using Magento, it’s possible to integrate a Magento server that has multiple stores on it. When you do this, we will sync all profiles and order data from each store into your account. Additionally, we will sync “Magento Store Name”
