Client-side metrics not showing on users profiles

Client-side metrics are not showing on user profiles. However, if I check the metric report, it shows activity.
Note: Metrics are not appearing on any client and at any time. It's not that they stopped appearing for new events. In fact, metrics that used to appear on a profile have stopped appearing. Now only server-side metrics are displayed. Can someone help me figure out what might be causing this?

Just to clarify - you’re saying that these metrics did appear at one point, and now they’re not?
