Pulling info from typeform to Klaviyo profiles

I want to set up a quiz in Typeform that asks clients a few keys questions and based on those answers our Welcome flow will send her a product recommendation.1) I have a quiz in English and in French, but I want a single custom property in Klaviyo to be filled.Example: In english the client will answer “red” while in French a different will answer “rouge”, but I want the common custom field “color” to be populated with “red”. Is this possible?The last time I connected Typeform, it simply transferred all the quiz questions into custom fields. Can I choose to have only specific questions populate Klaviyo? Or must everything go?

Product Feed & Catalog Sources - Nothing is syncing

So I have seemed to run into something weird, where both my product feed and catalog sources aren’t syncing anything, I’ve tried deleting and re-creating to no avail.  A few months ago, all products on my site were deleted. I decided to overlook my klaviyo settings and familiarize myself with recent changes, and came across every product/category was as if I never deleted anything off my shop. At this point I am really confused. Even re-creating API does not fix this. I have a bunch (hundreds...) of products and whatnot still showing up when they shouldn’t (https://www.klaviyo.com/catalog/items and https://www.klaviyo.com/catalog/categories) - Every time I try to recreate a feed or source, it just tells me sync failed with no specification.  Both products showing up as published and not published, though absolutely none of the products that are in these feeds are no longer available on my site. I’m at the point, I need to ask for help. New Integration

Hello there,  I’m setting up my new site with my new Klaviyo.  The drop down for “Advertising Account” is only showing my personal FB page.   The drop down for “Lead Ad Settings” is only showing my business page.  I want to only link my business page.   Is it correct to select my personal FB page on “Advertising Account”?  Pam

Custom Shopify URL

{{ event.extra.order_status_url|default:'' }} Variable brings up a URL that has the format  2002faq.myshopify.com. What do I need to do to get that URL to show the proper store name line store.bmw2002faq.com.  I already have this set in the Settings → Organization → Website URL Thank you,Steve

What is the new way for 'viewed product' on a custom integration?

Hello!We’ve been referring to the guides on tracking ‘viewed product’ and integrating with a custom integration.It seems that the API version we have been using is outdated. It does not seem there is documentation regarding this with the ‘klaviyo object’.We are wanting to integrate all of these items into Google Tag Manager.

API rate limit question

I am iterating over several thousands of profiles to update them.  Am I reading this correctly?https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/update_profileIt says Steady: 700/m for the rate limit?  Does this mean I can update 700 per minute ongoing without a problem?

Klaviyo not integrating with WooCoomerce

I’m posting here because the problem I’m having is impacting my company’s revenue.Klaviyo totally doesn’t wan’t to integrate with WooCommerce. I’m getting the error message “We can't complete your setup - Details: Non 200 Response Received” when I try to establish a connection from Klaviyo WooCommerce plugin newest version(v. 3.0.1) to the Klaviyo platform. I contacted Bluehost to assist in whitelisting the user agent but they refuse to assist and say that the plugin is a third party plugin and they can’t help since there aren’t any errors on the WordPress dashboard. I’ve tried the steps that support team has offered here from a user with a similar problem without any luck.  1. Delete the WooCommerce integration in Klaviyo2. Delete the Klaviyo plugin in your WordPress3. Re-install the plugin4. Log into Klaviyo via an incognito window and re-add the WooCommerce integration Still getting same error message.  Please please help.  I have an ongoing email conversation with the support team

In product page after clicking the button "Show more" reviews, it redirect to cart page

Hi guys, I need help with klaviyo reviews widget. In our product page reviews section/widget, when you click the button “Show more” reviews then it redirects to cart page instead of showing more reviews. I need help with this. I didn’t saw it happen to our previous reviews app Stamped.io Thanks in advance.

Setting up Klaviyo reviews for the first time : best strategy from 0

I am going to add Klaviyo reviews to my Shopify website. This is the first time that we are adding this feature. But I don´t want to launch and have 0 reviews. What strategy do you recommend?Can we ask for reviews before we add the widget to the Shopify product page? What has been successful for you? All tips appreciated!

Automatic Shopify Discount Codes not syncing to Klaviyo

Hello!We have an automatic discount set for our BFCM sale that applies to certain products in our catalog. When we try to create a segment in Klaviyo for all people who have Placed an order using that discount code, that automatic discount code isn’t appearing in the list to select, but all manual codes are. The order data in Shopify has the discount code, but it doesn’t seem to be passed to Klaviyo. Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you!

How to Test Product Review Flow Without Reviews

How would I go about testing a product review flow without having any reviews. I have two different product review flows. One that is for those who leave a review that is 3 stars and below and another flow that is for those who leave a review that is 4 or 5 stars.

how to speed up 30 minute Sync time for Magento 2

Hi, We use Klaviyo and Magento, everything is good, but clients when they sign up to a newsletter or place an order Klaviyo and Magento only sync every 30 minutes.. this is a very long time for people to have to wait, especially to receive transactional emails.  as per this page; https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005253208-How-Often-Integrations-Sync most integrations sync in Realtime, except some obscure platforms. Magento is still one of the largest platforms. Im not asking to necessarily make the sync’s real time, but at least every 5 minutes. You could also have different sync times for catalogs (longer) and transactional (faster) Any ideas? or is this something we need to put to Klaviyo to implement?

Fire custom webhook when user unsubscribes?

How do I add a custom webhook endpoint for Klaviyo to call when a user unsubscribes for a list? Does this exists? It’s a must have feature of an email provider. If this isnt available how else can I keep subscription statuses synced with my application database?

API issue

Hello,I encountered an issue while integrating a CRM with Klaviyo. I'm utilizing the API specified at https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/create_profile, and the body request is in JSON format. However, I need to submit it as Key-Value pairs.Here's what I attempted: data[type]=profiledata[attributes][email]=sarah.mason@klaviyo-demo.comdata[attributes][phone_number]=+15005550006... (remaining key-value pairs)I'm unsure if this approach will work. Bigcommerce Integration and Multi-Storefront

Hi, we have been using Klaviyo for a while now with one storefront on Bigcommerce but we have recently setup Multi-storefront and we have two current storefronts with a third on the way.The issue we are having is that there seems to be no way in Big commerce when using the integration, to send certain emails and flows to certain customers, filtered by what site/storefront they are interacting with.Has anyone worked out a setup for doing this?

Does An Ecomm Biz Still Need A CRM?

If I’m selling a single digital product on my website, will Klaviyo be enough to act as a CRM or will I have to integrate a CRM to fill in the missing pieces? For instance, if I run paid ads that result in a sale, will my cart software (SureCart) be able to get this info into Klaviyo without a CRM? How does the data go from cart software/payment processor to Klaviyo when the sale has nothing to do with an email or SMS campaign?

Klaviyo App Embed on Shopify

Has anyone noticed the Klaviyo app embed on Shopify turning off frequently as or late? I manage 25+ Klaviyo>Shopify accounts and it seems to be happening a lot lately. Is there something in Shopify that could be getting changed like the theme that is doing this? Thanks!

Integration to Wordpress

Back in stock notifications not working - BigCommerce

Hi folks, I’ve recently installed this following the Klaviyo documentation, however it doesn’t appear to be working. I’ve used the “inspect” tool in chrome and I can see the code snippet on the page for an out of stock item, but that’s about as far as my expertise goes with troubleshooting, and as usual, all the other posts I can find about this not working are specific to Shopify, rather than BigCommerce. Does anyone have any suggestions?Thanks!

Get All Events In Account for Specific Date Range and Specific Metric_ID(s)

This was possible using the old version of the Python SDK however it does not appear to be possible here (or I”m missing).  I’d like to grab all events in my account but only those that pertain to a certain set of metric_ids and for a specific time range.   The problem with just grabbing all events is that on certain days, I’m grabbing 1million+ events which I don’t need.  I’m hoping if I can narrow my query to a certain metric Id my query would take a lot less time. Is this possible with the new version of the API?

Best Practice for Shopify Markets + Klaviyo

Hello People,I have found this post: The recommendation here is to run multiple stores + Klaviyo accounts… Shopify Markets is in Beta now, the benefit is to sell to multiple markets from one store. Therefore, the recommendation seems to be a bit outdated, since the benefit of Shopify Markets is to sell internationally from one single store. As far as I understood, it is more ore less the same technology and options Shopify offers today but bundled differently. We currently run our store in EN but are about to add DE as a second language. Customer marketing+forms and so on has to be bilingual too. Is there a Best Practice approach how to run (lists, flows, forms, content, ...) in multiple languages without unnecessary overhead?Thanks!
