Hi. We use native klaviyo for magento 2 integration. Version 4.1.3
If you create an Order confirmation flow and ordered product has magento custom options (this is magento native feature) these options instead of appear in order template as text(names) appear as ID numbers in klaviyo event.
Anybody can help us on this please?
Because if this is not fixed then order confirmation flow is useless
