Hi Klaviyo Community,

I've been diving deep into Klaviyo’s capabilities recently, and one feature that really stands out to me is email personalisation. The ability to send highly tailored messages based on customer behaviour is a game-changer for eCommerce businesses. But one thing I’ve noticed is that, no matter how great the segmentation and automation are, the quality of the visuals in your emails plays a huge role in overall engagement and conversions. However, maintaining image quality is often a challenge, especially if you’re sourcing images from suppliers or working with older content.

Yes, I agree with you. The quality of creatives can indeed help achieve high engagement and conversions. However, I would recommend compressing them before sending out the email, as large files might increase the loading time in email clients
